I went into the shop to get new tops for my dermal anchors. The second I walked into the shop I was surprised to smell a very strong odor of cigarettes, and whoever was on duty came up from the back outside. I told him what I needed and he just handed me the display with all of the dermal anchors attached to it. I picked out 2, and he not only screwed them right off of the display but he handed them to me and told me that they didnt have any bags to put them in!! Like its no big deal, he told me to just use some rubbing alcohol, but that whole situation is unprofessional and unsanitary. The dermals were $10 each or 2 for $15 so naturally I got 2, I asked him how much and with attitude he told me $15, like I was stupid. I said sorry, I thought there would be tax or something. He said that he doesnt have time to balance books and all of that "****". I was just like wow.... not coming here again. I would rather pay a little more for a tattoo or piercing and go somewhere where they treat the art with a little bit of integrity. These kinds of places are why I simply dont understand why the health department/state board doesnt check up on tattoo shops. They check on hair salons who re-use combs, nail files and bowls for mixing hair color but they dont check up on tattoo shops autoclave records to make sure that their tools are sterilized up to code? As I said....this is the kind of place that makes me wonder. YUCK!!!!

I went in and had my ear, nose, and lip pierced by Angela, I normally have super sensitive skin and hate needles (Im a tattoo lover and am getting a sleeve, but hate needles, go figure! hahaha), but she did an amazing job! I didnt even feel the nose piercing that much, the ear piercing wasnt as bad as I thought it would be, which I thought would be most painful, and surprisingly the lip piercing hurt the most but wasnt that bad. If I add any more piercings I will definitely be seeing Angela again, and would highly recommend her to anyone. The jewelry came with the price of the piercings, which was very reasonable, though I would recommend buying the jewelry you really want first,but these are great for starting out.

Gone there for many years for piercings. Also brought many customers to them. Always had great experiences and great customer service up until today. I contacted the body piercer Rose to figure out how much was it to get both nipples pierced (80$) and also wanted to know what makes it 80$ (jewelry cost, cost of their skills) and she said "Me" then rudely said "either you want them or you dont." Beyond rude. I absolutely will not be bringing my money or others money to you ever again. Deeply disappointed considering how great Samara is (and just about everyone else.) Wish them all the best in their business and in life.

I went in and i knew what i wanted but wasnt really sure in the kinda form i wanted my tattoo. i knew i wanted somthing on my arm just didnt know how i could combine 4 pictures in one. i was then helped by Larry (a very talented and yet polite man) he showed me ways i could put all these pictures all in one after figuring out how i wanted it done i finally got my tattoo done. It looked amazing til this day i love lookng at my shoulder and just staring at it. Awesome job Larry i will be going back and getting more work done by you.

I agree with some thing ppl have to say about this place but not all artists are the same. Others take their time to make sure this is what u want and use ur body as a canvas so they can express themselves in their wonderful artwork. They may not have the best customer service but their tattoos are worth it. I would suggest u go to Aaron hes an amazing artist and I will continue to go to him for any work I need done..thanks Aaron!!

Got my first tattoo there yesterday. It was awesome! The artist, Robert, was super cool and went the extra mile to make the whole experience more enjoyable. Before getting started, he and I discussed our favorite music, bands, etc., most of which we had in common, and then he played some of my favorite bands on the loud speakers as I got the tattoo. The tattoo came out excellent as well. 5/5

I came here to get my industrial pierced and the girl completely messed it , it was virtual rather it being slanted at a angle how it should have been I had to take it out and go to styling tattoos to get it re done and the piercer that did my industrial at styling tattoos said she did it wrong and she didnt pierce it where it shouldve been done at in my ear .

This place is trash, piercing wise. Me and my mom have both had bad experiences here and dont tend to bring our service back. We do however, will be bringing ourselves somewhere with more than one piercer available and more jewelry to choose from rather than the two options theyve given us the past two times weve returned.

I brought my sister to get the frog eyes and they hit her vain it smelled like weed so idk if they lady that was doing it was high they told me to come bak next week like if it was fine her throat is hurting wont come bak

Great place! Went to get my tongue pierced, signed the papers and in less than 5 minutes I was all done. Very clean and professional. If I ever want something else done I will definitely go back here!

i went here thinking it was going to be good. but when i walked in the piercer wasnt even there. it smelled like weed. and i waited 20 minuets without help. i wouldnt come here and spend money
