I went to 1st Amendment for my first tattoo after visiting another shop and then walking out because I didnt like the attitude of the artists. I had an idea, a concept that I wanted to convey with my tattoo and Rob did an excellent job of designing exactly what I wanted, far better than the original idea I had. The entire tattoo process was relaxed and painless, the atmosphere was fantastic, with lots of funny stories and good laughs, and no battle of the egos between Rob and Will. Their aftercare advice is bang on! My tat healed in just over a week with no infection, and very little itchiness. I now proudly show off a tattoo expertly created by Rob, and cant wait to get the next one. My husband goes in for his next week with Will and is very excited.

I have been tattood by Rob, Will, and Riq. The shop is clean and has a fun ADULT atmosphere. The artists are constantly telling jokes and keeping it real. I always have a great experience there. Id recommend anyone and everyone to go see them. They tend to be busy so make sure to schedule ahead of time. They wouldnt take appointments over the phone, but, quickly scheduled me accordingly in person. I havent been pierced by them, but, I have witnessed several piercings that seemed to go over just as well. All the people I have seen in there seem to have had as great of an experience as myself. If anything... go just for the business card. They are a riot!!! Happy Tattoon

The best shop and the only shop I trust in simi valley. All the tattooers there are awesome. Will is the only one that has tattooed me there. But everyone else is highly recommended. Everything about the shop is dope. The staff is great and overhearing their conversations is a riot. Some of the funniest adults Ive been around..I defiantly plan on going back to this shop. Everyone I know speaks highly of this shop. Ive never heard one thing bad about this place. Go here for all your tattoo needs!! Plus this place is clean sanitary and great environment with good music always playing.

I decided to check out this place after a couple of my friends recommended it to me. Although it wasnt in the best part of town, it was very clean inside and the guys were down to earth. I talked about the idea I had with one of the artists and he made a few suggestions that proved he was both knowledgeable, and had my best interests in mind. I ended up getting it done right then, and am still thrilled by how it turned out. I had to go back for some touch ups, but it wasnt anything major. Very reasonably priced as well!!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks.

I have gone here on 4 occasions & gotten tattoos 3 times. Once I was along for a piercing. Each time I got a tattoo my Artist was Will. I chose him because he was highly recommended. He is wonderful. He works with you, is honest and fair. I am totally happy with the shop & my ink. My last experience I went & brought 3 of my best GFs & we were havng a great time, and the staff just rolled with us. Also, a tatt I had gotten previously, I wanted to change ( nothing Will had done, just wanted an addition/update) he was happy to do it.

This shop is the best! Great customer service and amazing work. I got a tattoo on my arm last night and could not be happier with the outcome. My artist was Sailor, however they are all good! My husband had some work done by Tyler and is completely happy with his results as well. They were all hospitable and provided nice portfolios to display individual work and style. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking a new tattoo or a touch up! Alicia

I love this place! My art is done but Riq but all the artists are great. They keep me laughing the whole time. I recommend them to all my friends and I never have to wait more then a few days for an appointment. I have 3 tattoos by Riq and I cannot wait for the 4th. After this place, I wont go back to my old tattoo shop.

Been going to Will over the last 3 years . He does great work and is easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a small simple tat to a large piece. He can do it all. No need to waste your time anywhere else
