Unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for something other than what you were told you were getting then DO NOT!!! buy from them. We were told we were getting white gold come to find out it is regular gold with a white overlay. Then one of the ladies told me I needed to have it redipped after only 8 months. For what so they can charge us more money that the rings arent worth. All in all after all the extra fees on top of fees we wound up paying almost $3000 if not more for crap when they were only suppose to be $2000. The are just a bunch of rude, inconsiderate, money hungry jerks. Not to mention I wanted something way cheaper and the broad that sold us the rings basically conned us into something that was double the price I was looking at

Rip off! They said you can trade your jewelry in for an upgrade that you bought from them before but when you try to do it they say your jewelry lost its value and wanna give you half of what you paid! Done dealing with them! Visalia Mall store shame on you!!
