Hey. Yeah. Basically, a total miss. The owner touts handpicked, local glass, but its all overpriced and extremely bad quality. I dropped $155 on a bubbler. The stem didnt fit right and the backsplash was the worst Ive ever experienced. After calling the shop and explaining to them how it was only used with water, the owner "Bunny" questioned my experience and told me I was using it wrong. Ha. Thanks for nothing. If this is a modern day "mom and pop" type of shop, god help consumers.

I give major kudos to Bunny who helped me figure out the not-so-easy instructions with a vaporizer I got for Christmas. She was funny, extremely helpful and didnt make me feel like a complete idiot! Glad this place has survived the ups and downs of Abbot Kinney, and hope it remains for many years to come!

Hi I came to the shop to buy some cigarette on May 4 i Ask to Cancel the transaction than the lady a the shop say me its Ok but i still get charge 15$ for no reason . This is not a good way to trait people This place are stealing If i dont get refund i will call the cops

Never open when it should. 11:15am rn and its closed yet supposed to be open at 11. I must have bad timing every time I go its closed during business hours or a 15 minute lunch break etc. But when open the ppl are nice and do have a lot of good products.

I just returned from the green House smoke shop in Venice and came home with a Pax vaporizor. Great deal and because the wonderful woman explained everything to me - i can use it right away! Got a free gift too! Awesome Johnson!

Great service and a true smokers heaven with knowledgable staff and widest selection of tobacco, papers, tips, pipes, water pipes, vaporizers, etc, etc etc. the list goes on.....

i thought this was not a cigarette shop. very beautiful house. and there are many interesting antiques and special cigarettes inside. The manager was very helpful and kind man.
