The Hot Box Smoke Shop is located at the far end of a small shopping center in Northridge Ca. I decided to come here to buy a glass bong and glass pipe. I had high hopes but it wasn’t what I expected. The cheaper pieces are really overpriced and they look very fragile and like they wouldn’t function right. The employees arent bad but they don’t seem to mind the quality and swear by it. Unfortunately they aren’t very knowledgeable when it comes to bongs and pipes. They weren’t worth buying considering the price wasn’t that low. The higher priced glass bongs like Roor I definitely wouldn’t buy. I am sure there is something wrong with their higher end bongs. The Roor looked off the bowl and stem weren’t real Roor and it felt to thin and fake to me. You can go here for cigarette/cigar stuff but do yourself a favor and buy your glass elsewhere such as online or another local glass/smoke shop.

I like this shop a lot, but I dont like the guy who works there, the shorter guy, baldish, he doesnt know how to sell the products in the store, he says stupid stuff, like how I smoke too much hookah, and how its not good or healthy cause I smoked what I had left and picked up some more shish later that day. He seems like he doesnt like what hes doing. And when I go I always think to my self, I hope it narjk is working hes super chill and doesnt always tell me what I should buy every time Im there
