Under their newer management, Best Collateral has been exceptionally improved. They value their customers and seek to give the best loans. People who said their stuff us stolen goods dont understand California laws. I was wondering this too so I asked and apparently the law says they have to hold all items 30 days before selling and if the police come they give up anything that is requested, sounds legit to me. Bought a used Wii and received exceptional service. The location is a little seedy but that comes with the location.

I dont know whats up with all the bad reviews, seems it might all be the same person with a grudge since theres no name to the reviewer. Anyways when I went here I had a good experience, got what I asked for for my item and got it back at a later date with no issues. Another time I went they made a good offer on an item I was trying to sell. They have the biggest pawn shop with the most selection in Vallejo. I would recommend this place, or the one at the top of Springs Rd. Which is smaller

Has good inventory, people are friendly. Down side is Jewelry is over priced. They have layaway but If you are paying cash its a little better. I get good quality jewelry cheaper on E-Bay. They buy your gold for next to nothing but mark it up at a huge price . Think there would be more room to offer affordable pricing. They have musical instruments, tools, movies, household items. Not a bad store, just watch the pricing.

I took the bad service review with a grain of salt. I went there with a Panasonic HVX 200 currently selling on E-Bay for $1800. They didnt look it up, didnt investigate the value or demand, and just said, "We dont want it" thus wasting my time. These people are con artists and if you walk in with something of value looking as if you can pay them back you will get turned away. Dont waste your time

The wait in line wasnt too long until the lady told us to go to the side and she just skipped on to the next person in line instead of helping us. We waited on the side for about a good 10 mins before any of the workers noticed us. Poor customer service.

Horrible customer service, Very Short and very rude. Ive done business with them before and never had a problem but as bad as my expierence was this time i will no longer do any business with them again. Beware if you choose to do business with them.

Very very Bad service. All the products are stolen. They dont care if it was stolen. They resell and make money. Not caring what if it was stolen or not. I suggest to not go here unless you are trying to ruin your day.
