Outstanding service and they paid top dollar for my gold jewelry! Today I simply *had* to sell my old items. I stopped by on the way here at another "We buy gold" place--a guy on the curb spinning a sign. They looked at what I had and offered me $100. I continued on to this shop and I was paid more than four times that amount. The prices are posted in the shop. My items were weighed in front of me, and they did the math in front of me. The store was busy at the time, but I was given good service and attended to from the moment I walked through the door. The staff are excellent, they pay a fair price for gold ( the best price I encountered), and they are a reputable, real, established business. You wont go wrong buying or selling here. Support your local small business--in this case its you will never be sorry.

Ive been working with Lesa at Gold Definitions for over 12 years. I have found her to be honest and very helpful to her customers as reviews on her website testify. When I wanted her to create a mothers ring for my wife to give her for Mothers Day a few years back, she found the perfect setting and stones to show the whole family in one item of jewelry. My wife proudly wears this ring. A previous review on this site was done by a competitor located down the street and as you can see, they didnt give their name. I recommend you stop by Gold Definitions and see for yourself the excellent service Lesas crew gives to their customers.

This place is not telling the truth. They advertise that they pay the most for scrap gold and gold coins. What a joke!!!! I have shopped this store and several others, Gold definitions was the lowest offer I got. In fact the Pawn Exchange offered more than they did. If you want even a fair amount for your scrap gold jewerly DO NOT GO TO GOLD DEFINITIONS!!! They are telling lies and that is not right. It is not fair to consumers to think they are getting the best deal out there and they are really getting the worst.

Talk about False Advertising... I went in to see if they could help me design a new ring. All started out with the "oh yes, we can do that for you"... and quickly moved to "we have someone we can send that to". I believe their on-site "jeweler" is really just someone with a torch and solder that can do minor repairs. On top of all that... they REALLY NEED to LEARN GEMSTONES. How someone can call themselves a Jeweler without knowing what stone is what.. and its hardness amazed me. POOR EXCUSE FOR A JEWELRY STORE.

Terrible customer service! Couldnt repair the jewelry that I brought in, which was fine (Id rather they were honest about that), but it was the attitude that I had a problem with. Not very knowledgeable of metals. They couldnt recommend somewhere else to go. Couldnt even recommend a direction in which to look for help. Wont be bringing my gold back to them for repairs. They lost any future service from me and wont be recommending them to anyone.

Her expertise, kindness and most of all patience with my endless ~ "Is is done yet?", well I cannot put into words, my gratefulness to her. I have loved this place since they were in Spanaway! I followed them to Puyallup. I have ALL great experiences there. They stayed open on a Christmas Eve for me to be 15 mins late to pick up a special gift for my son. Im looking things up online for a purchase and this is where I will end up.
