I ordered online and that was nice to be able to pick up in store. I was also planning on picking up wine for my wedding. I told the employee that I needed help with a couple of cases and figuring out which white wines to get. He told me I would need to ask another lady about the white. I stood by the cases I wanted for a few minutes and he still did not help me. I walked away to find the lady who did not know any wines from Paso Robles. The guy also did not try to find me to make sure I was able to get the cases I wanted. I like Bevmo however I will not be returning to this store. I was not happy esp because I drove an hour and a half.

Cashier carded my whole family!!! I remained calm, yet they became VERY rude. I went in to buy some beer and neither the cashier nor the manager would sell to me because my husband didnt have his ID and had made "physical contact" with the glass containing the beer, even though I was the one making the purchase. Its apparently "BevMo policy", NOT State law, to card all those in proximity to an alcoholic purchase. This is some weird new crack down and, for all the trouble they caused, Im sticking with World Market. Their prices are better, anyways.

I found some items online, according to the website the items were in stock. I used my credit card to purchase and pick-up. Upon arrival I was told that some of the items were not in stock, and the website was incorrect. I drove several miles out of my way, gave my credit card info, and was was offered no apology. In fact, when I mentioned my dissatisfaction, the manager became agitated and argued with me. I will buy my beverages and more, elsewhere.

Great selection but if more than one person is there make sure everyone has their IDs. My girlfriend and I walked around for a long time browsing until we finally found a good selection, however Tony would not sell us the beer because I had forgot my ID even though she was paying and it was for her. She had her ID and was ready to pay. Really disappointed that I wasted time. Went to Ralphs instead and purchased without any hassle.

Employees were all very friendly and helpful even though it was very close to closing time...they were more concerned with helping me than hurrying me out of the store, which I appreciated.

Excellent stock on all types of liquor, beer, and wine. Excellent parking lot, never crowded, also stock stalked well for those quick grab-and-go munchies.
