If you like being ripped off than this is the place to go!! They sold me a graphics card for $96 which they said was "new out of the box" but only gave me the card in the anti-static bag with no driver disk. I tried it in my computer and it didnt work. I then tried the card in another computer of mine that had a similar card and again the "new" card didnt work. A closer look at the card showed that it was definitely not new. I returned the card to the store the next morning telling them it didnt work. The clerk promptly popped the card into an open computer and turned it on and said "Yeah the video is bad." He asked me if I would want to upgrade to a better card and I told him that I would prefer a refund because my computer is older and I dont want to spend more money. He then charged me a 15% restocking fee so after spending $96 my refund was $83. They made a profit and I got robbed. They were dishonest in telling me the card was new and apparently do not test used items they are selling beforehand. Buyer beware!!

This repair shop is the worst... Came in here after my macbook air screen cracked. They were nice about everything, but that doesnt really excuse the fact that it took them A MONTH to replace my screen. They claimed it would only take a couple days, but ended up having to order parts from China. Mind you, this was a fairly new macbook air with screen parts being sold everywhere. Grand total for the screen replacement? $450!! (I even had to pay for the shipping from China when they should have had the parts in stock.) When I got my laptop back, the new screen itself had some cosmetic damages including a white spot and a couple faint vertical lines. On top of that, my wifi card apparently "broke" while it was in the shop when it was working just fine right before I brought it in. Instead of offering an explanation, they offered to replace it for an extra charge... Unbelievable. Go to any repair shop but here.

I have been working with computer solutions for several years for my dental office. They have managed my network, made repairs when needed, and helped me along with all my IT needs as things have changed and grown. To say it plainly, I have not had the time or the desire to become an IT person myself and their service and tech. support has been very professional and appreciated. They are not the type of company that nickle and dime you for every little thing. They are local and when any needs arise they fix it quick. I purchased a custom desktop there many years ago, just after they opened. Took them several days to put it together, but was done when they said it would be done. Have followed them from their shop near Carls on Foothill. Then to the store across Foothill behind Del Taco and then to the new store on Arrow Rt and Monte Vista. I have purchased numerous items for several computer since. This last time my computer was making sounds like it was dying. Brought it in and $50 later and an Air Blow out and double check of the system, I picked it up after my short vacation. I had expected worse!!!!! Still a great shop for me. I have sent several friends in there too.

Excellent service with all my computer repairs. I just ordered a custom computer and new router through them. They came to my home and expertly installed everything. We did have one hitch with the router itself, but it was quickly replaced and everything was re-set and working. This is the very best service for computer repair I have ever received. I know I can count on them for whatever my computer needs are...it gives me peace of mind. I feel they are trustworthy and I appreciate their fine work ethic. Everything is done when promised. The staff was nice, knowlegeable, and price was good....there turn around time is fast but they do no take the time to do the job right...went there to get my Laptop screen replaced and had it back in a hour, but their was multiple areas with cosmetic damage around the screen where it appears they used a tool to try to pry it apart and now looks horrible! would recommend spending a few extra bucks somewhere else if you want your equipment to not only work correctly (which mines does) but also remain in the same cosmetic condition you gave it to them in (mine does not!)

I went here to try to get the broken lcd screen replaced for my Dell laptop. Although i had already looked up the part online and it only cost $50, i decided to get a quote for them to fix it just because it would probably be easier. When i got there the guy took a quick look at my laptop and told me the screen would cost me $110 on top of a $99 service fee. Its one thing to charge for great service, but its another to do so to outrageously try to take advantage of your customers. If you dont want to get robbed, take your money elsewhere.

These are the best people!!! They are really helpful. They have the best price. They have a very kind group of employers, not rude at all, and are very, very, efficient. They have a really great turn-around time. This is the best place to take your computer, laptop, or whatever. They said that they can do all sorts of machines. Ive checked around and even BestBuy cant beat there prices. No better place to take any device to.

Gabriel at Computer Solutions was very professional and had my computer fix exactly when they said they would. The store is very clean and inviting. Compute Solutions gives the best service I have ever found. They are able to remotely do things so you dont have to bring your computer in and leave it for service. They are always friendly and eager to help you with any problem. If they dont know exactly what to do, they know how to find out and will keep at it until you are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend them for computer repairs and service!
