As a business owner, Im obligated to give those guys a 5 start review. Great prices and perfect service. Called them to help out with our office IT needs. I shopped around, they werent the cheapest per hour- but one thing I can say- theyve saved me at least 3 more extra hours compared to our former IT guy. They do care about our needs and dont mind finishing a job in a timely manner even if it means they wont make that much on this call. A bit more expensive per hour, but less hour- make the math and choose the Runnerboys!!

Eldad is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. The screen on my laptop was cracked internally and he offered multiple solutions to repair it. First, he tried to separate the screen which would save me a lot of money. However, after it was un-successful, since the screen was glued by manufacture, he suggested two options for replacement. He is very honest and even offered me a loaner for the time I was waiting for new screen to arrive. I am very satisfied with his work and like his friendly attitude.

Today my computer died! I called the RunnerBoys, and they helped me over the phone. It may seem like nothing to most but for me was the best way to end the year! I needed my computer and they were so kind to help me over the phone. I told them their customer service was like the customer service of the old days. They essentially scammed me for me $70. There was nothing wrong with my computer, and they definitely knew that, and they told me that they were going to apply something to it before returning it to me. They didnt change anything, and they still charged me $70 just to clean it out with an air duster. I STRONGLY recommend going to another store for professional help before consulting these lackeys.

I was in Irvine on a business trip. My laptop didnt boot after passing security at the airport and seemed like I lost my hard drive. Googled computer repair near by on my phone and found Runnerboys. I had them fix my laptop, all it took these guys was few hours to turn my laptop around. Two thumbs up Runnerboys
