The whole crew at Spencer is absolutely amazing! Not only did I hire them for my flooring project, but also to repaint the interior of my home. From the beginning to the end, everybody has helped out tremendously. Kipp worked with me on floor options and brought samples to my house based off of the information I gave him. He was very knowledgeable about various products and was able to answer all of my questions. Kipp used a program to right there to measure out the entire house, lay it out on him computer, and give me multiple quotes based off various flooring options. They also have a huge showroom to shop through. Kipp was also able to recommend me another great contractor to remove all the old thin set I had under my old carpet. The demo and install finished two days ahead of schedule as well and turned out beautiful! I worked with Scott for paint options and his team delivered! Scott also came to the house to hear my ideas and was able to quote me onsite at a very reasonable price. He answered all of my questions around painting, colors, and made suggestions to ensure things didnt clash and that the colors would look right with our floor. His team came out and finished everything ahead of schedule as well. We love the way it came out and how well it looks with our new floors. Susan manages the finances and was a huge help throughout the whole process. I never knew how overwhelming it could be to choose wood, carpet, and paint colors. Susan helped me in the showroom as I dug through multiple wood and carpet choices. She helped to give me her professional opinion on how things looked together and with making my final selection. Susan also worked closely with us and their paint supplier to get sample color cards in various color ranges so that we could find the perfect color. Fernando kept in contact with me around scheduling and coming out to the house throughout the project to check on work along with the rest of Spencers support staff. He really made sure that I was satisfied throughout the whole process and kept things moving forward. My overall experience at Spencer is like no other and I highly recommend this company to anybody looking to make floor and paint upgrades in their home. They exceeded my expectations and completed my project 3-4 days ahead of schedule. They all went out of their way to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted and I look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you to your whole team for all that you have done for us!

Words cannot describe how much my hubby and I appreciate the service that was provided to us by Kipp (GM), Susan (BM) and staff who delivered 110% of customer satisfaction from Spencer Flooring and Paint. We wanted to get flooring (laminated & vinyl) done in our dining/family area as well as kitchen. My hubby first met with Kipp and Susan in Tracy and discussed different types of flooring that would work with our budget. I later appear to meet with them and to my delight, first ever walking into the store....a lot of "ooooos and aaaaahhs!". Susan, awesome as she is, was very helpful in working with us since day one. She made it comfortable enough to make us feel that our trust in the company is in good hands. Kipp definitely knew the business and made sure that our choice of flooring within our budget would make our home speak volumes! It was even more exciting when he laid out the floor and vinyl sample of our choice next to each other and to imagine the whole transition....WOW! I know when Susan saw the look on my husbands face, he was ready to dance!....LOL! The anticipation is real! Measuring Day: Kipp came to our house, did the measurements and downloaded the floor plan into his software system. He did some calculations, estimations and ta-dah! That was quick...but I thought it was over. The best was yet to come. He didnt just measure and throw up dollar signs. He took his time and patience explaining to me every detail to make sure I understood what is being used, where its being placed and how its going to be done. Fabulous! Followed by calculations of all the materials being used and estimate. No complaints...the price was definitely reasonable. Fast forward, demolition day: The amazing crew, George, Carlos, Roberto and Oscar, worked so hard with dedication and commitment to every aspect to getting the job done in a timely manner. They were patient to detail and made sure everything was in order and in the right place. Overall, they delivered with EXCELLENCE and their performance was OUTSTANDING! They deserve much applause! Results Revealed: The anticipation is finally over! (Exhale!) Hubby and I feel like were in a different house. We love our new floors! Other then leaping for joy, we could not be any happier! We are proud to say that we are "SATISFIED CUSTOMERS" of Spencer Flooring and Paint! Recommendation: WE HIGHLY, STRONGLY, SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND SPENCER FLOORING AND PAINT!

We heard about Spencer Floor Covering and Paint on Home Advisors on the HGTV channel. They were rated 5 stars. We made an appointment with Kipp, the General Manager, to come to our home to talk to us about getting laminate floors. Kipp was very informative. He definitely knew his business. He told us “We may be a little more expensive, but you are going to love it when it is done.” Well, Kipp was right! We are so very pleased with the outcome! Kipp helped us pick out the perfect laminate for our home, and Aaron and Everett laid it. They were two of the nicest, sweetest guys ever! Then, we found out Spencer’s did painting. Our house really needed to be painted inside. Scott, the Paint Manager, came out to our home and gave us an estimate. The more you have done, the cheaper it is, so I kept adding little projects for them to do. I have to say that Scott helped us pick out the paint we used too. When Susan, the sweetest Office Manager ever, called and scheduled the painting, she asked what color of paint we were going to use. I forgot I had to come up with the paint colors. I didn’t know what to say. Susan said to me, “Oh Sweetie, don’t worry, Scott will help you pick your colors.” And, he did. (Did I tell you that Scott is Susan’s hubby? They are so nice!) Scott and his team did an excellent job painting, and all the guys were terrific. Scott asked every day about the painting, “Are you still loving it?” and I would say, “Yes, I am.” We appreciated and loved everyone that we interacted with from Spencer Floor Covering and Paint. They worked hard and fast, and cleaned up their mess as much as they could before going home every night. Everyone was professional, personable, and just a delight to be around. Susan was amazing. She answered my endless number of emails every day within minutes after I wrote them, and kept me informed of the schedules, estimates, pricing, etc. I will truly miss her! The integrity and workmanship of Spencer Floor Covering and Paint was over the top, the quality of the product was excellent, and we most certainly would recommend them to all of our friends and family, in fact, we already have!
