I refilled a prescription and went to pick it up 3 days later. There was an issue with it which would have been nice to know prior to showing up so I could have dealt with it. The cashier then told me two reasons why I couldnt that were not true in anyway and went out of her way to ensure she didnt appreciate having to deal with me at all. When I said I would be back to get it the next day, she just cancelled the fill behind my back. Ive been picking up a prescription from Walgreens every 3 weeks for the last 8 years, before the cashier ever even applied for a job, and I expect better. This pharmacy in particular always seems to have an attitude. If they dont like dealing with people, they should find another industry, because they dont care about their clients one bit. Worse than dealing with the health insurance company.

In terms of efficiency, communication, and competency, this is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. If you have any choice, avoid them. Any other pharmacy in the area, even another Walgreens, would be the better option.
