Be very careful when picking up your prescription. On 3 separate occasions, 11/24/15, 12/14/15, 1/1/16, I was dispensed the wrong dosage for my medication. On 12/14/15, I brought this to the attention of the pharmacy manager. She assured me that this issue would be resolved, and that I would receive the correct medication. Unfortunately I continued to receive the wrong dosage. It really is a shame because the pharmacy staff members are polite. I understand that mistakes can occur, but these mistakes are going to get someone seriously injured or killed. There are far too many complaints here to let these errors slide. I have filed a complaint with the State of California Pharmacy Board, this needs to be fixed ASAP.

i went in the afternoon to get the prescribed medicine for my son which he needs in the evening. his doctor said in the morning that we can just get it in this pharmacy and the pharmacy didnt have it, so i called his doctor to verify which they claimed was faxed already to this branch. the next day i called this pharmacy in the morning, and they said it will be ready in an hour, i went. at around 1:45pm, and they made us wait 15 minutes because the pharmacist is not there. wow, i have other things to do, so i have to get it some other time, which i just hope that i will have, when i come back.

Worst Customer service and Strong discriminate on race. My parents dont understand English and went there to pick their medicine. Staff rejected to answer my call through my mom as their interpreter and force my parents dial a 1800 number which staff provided to let them get language assistant. they are very slow service and rejected to call different pharmacy to my parents prescription which was in different places

This pharmacy is just so frustrating. Enormous waiting times, Huge lines, Angry employees, Medications out of stock for weeks. The only good thing is that I have plenty of time to write a review while I stand in the terrible line. I would really avoid this place at all costs even if it is walking distance from your home like me. Dont expect to be able to get a prescription filled while you shop either.

The pharmacy here is awful. If you try to call in your order, be prepared to be put on hold. Dont be surprised if they hang up on you or never pick you back up. Also, dont expect a person to call you back when your order has not been refilled for any particular reason. They dont seem to be concerned about people who actually need medicine to go about their daily lives.

Long wait times (Ive spent over an hour in line on some occasions), missed prescriptions (repeatedly), outright lying about the status of prescriptions. Avoid at all costs if you can. Hands down the worst pharmacy Ive ever had the misfortune of using.

Id give it 0 stars if I could for hanging up on me and never having my medication on hand. When I told them they hung up on me they lied to me and started giving me an attitude. Most unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever seen.

This place is convenient. Thats the only good thing about it. People working here are a confused lot and they are normally slow. Even if you order ahead, sometimes the meds are not ready for pick up.

Grossly understaffed pharmacy. Poor customer service - everybody seems hassled. Misplaced my prescription and then unwilling to call doctor. Just poor.

Frustrating wait times. Medicines are not ready even when they are sent 1 day ahead of time. We need a better Pharmacy close to Rivermark area.
