Support a good cause and get good stuff! The shop is staffed by volunteers and the proceeds benefit the Stanford Childrens Hospital. Two of my kids were born there because they had a rare medical problem as babies, so I like to support this thrift shop. We donate toys to it as well as shop in it regularly and have never been treated rudely. They have a good selection of clothes, toys, books and knick-knacks, but its not very big compared to Salvation Army or Goodwill. But the store is definitely worth checking out if you are in downtown Willow Glen. Parking in front is limited so park in the back.

I went there with the intention of spending several hundreds of dollars on a specific purchase. The staff was so unkind and unhelpful that I left without the stuff I had driven across town for. I felt bad for the rudeness they showed to other customers and I was awed at the interaction I had with the staff. Its a shame the charity lost so much money because of the poor behavior of a lazy staff with only their own convenience in mind. I will never go there again and I highly recommend donating elsewhere.

I only drop donations here and have never seen the store itself. They are not open on Sundays. Staff is very pleasant, polite and helpful. The drop off is from the back, if the door is closed, ring the bell. Parking is very busy and tight in the back.

Such a fun place to shop. Cheerful volunteers and great merchandise at reasonable prices. Supporting an excellent cause ... uncompensated or under-compensated care for the children at Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital at Stanford.
