This is one of the least professional businesses Ive ever experienced. This place was recommended by the Paper Source to print wedding invitations. My initial impression was good, the price they quoted was reasonable for the amount of invitations we wanted printed. They requested we come back in three days to view the proof and this is where things break down. I arrive to to view the proof and the employee couldnt find our "file", she spent 10-15 minutes looking for it. When she found it nothing had been done and she stated the employee working on it was sick that day. Later the employee working on our invitations emails the proof to me, which doesnt help me in the least as I already have the digital copy, I need to see it on paper. After another day of playing phone tag and being put on hold and told they would call back and never was, I decided to take my business elsewhere. And again, I went to pick up my file and they had to look for it. For a professional printing service I would think they would have some kind of filing system or organizational process for customer orders. I would also think four days is plenty of time to get just a proof of one invitation printed. I will not be doing business here again and I recommend that if you want a professionally run printing service to handle your printing needs look elsewhere.

A Private User

The two reasons to go here rather than kinkos is that they are cheaper and that they actually know how to use a copier! They do great business cards, copies etc. My wife and I use them exclusively for her business and for other copy needs
