I never go anywhere else for UPS. The staff is helpful, service usually very quick except for 11:30-1:00 p.m. Since parking can be an issue, I try to go first thing in the morning, or after 5:30 in the evening--usually no problem finding a place to part during those hours.

The staff is really friendly here. You may have to be a little patient at times because they can get really busy, but they try to help you as soon as you can. Ive dropped off many packages here and I havent had an issue yet.

I rate this UPS store, which claims it is not an "official" UPS store, a ZERO. Do not rely on this store for delivery, or any connecting services with UPS.
