I had the BEST experience at the Benefit Boutique on Fillmore Street last Friday night. All the staff that helped my friend and I were WONDERFUL-professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable about their products and very skilled at their craft. Melina, thank you for taking time to go over details of getting my brows tinted for the first time. Melina explained that having my brows tinted would lay a nice foundation for her to create a more defined arch when I had my brows waxed and shaped. Seriously, I had no idea what a huge difference a subtle tint (and a very skilled brow artist) could make...MY BROWS HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER!! Thank you Melina, Robert and Melissa for a wonderful experience at your store; I will be back very soon!

I love their services. BUT I am disgusted by their online booking. It never works. It lets me get all the way through and then after it showed availability it indicates there is none. WHY IS IT this company cant get their online system working? And then the phone reservation system doesnt work either. Ive been waiting for 4 1/2 minutes and no one has gotten to me yet. So I am looking for an alternative. Its brows for goodness sakes. Im going to find somewhere else. .

I have been going here for years for my last hits I had one experience that was not so great but I called and talked to the manager and he was very kind and made it up to me. I have a ton of their products and love them all and theyre very good about showing you things that would look good on you. I highly recommend!

As always, Benefit went above and beyond amazing customer service! Loved everyone working there and could not be more pleased with my brow wax + tint. Especially appreciate that they spent the time allowing me to try out all of their fun new products! Cant believe I used to go anywhere else to get my brows waxed!

I dont know about the reviews all of these anonymous people are leaving (my guess is that they are employed by the competition) Every customer, including me, seemed to leave with a smile, almost as if their great products and service made them happy they came in. Keep up the great work!

Snobby, diffident staff selling middle line products marked up at least $10 per item. Avoid this place at all costs. Unless you enjoy being treated like a dirty doormat.
