I placed a special order and prepaid, but was called in to work early so didnt pick them up in the morning. She wouldnt take my phone number as i was going to pick them up at 830 am. It says they close at 7pm, but at 5:49pm, they were closed when i arrived.... No one is answering, i better get donuts or a refund Donuts are good though ...................UPDATE................. Went by the next day, and she pointed at the donuts, saying "why didnt you call me?" "Its not my fault" I replied that i got called in early and once i got to work i cant let myself get distracted so i focus on work; i work at a very busy logistics company. She said she would make me another batch, and i said i would be there Sunday morning 800am. Sunday morning at 805am i show up with my wife and; 1) the donuts are not ready, guess she thought i wasnt showing up 2) she MADE me pay 1/2 price; since i prepaid, i am now paid 1 & 1/2 price for a half dozen donuts 3) my wife was surprise by her attitude, she was very mad, like she was doing its a favor by charging its 1/2 price.... I ALREADY PAID The donuts are ok, and at $7+$3.50=$10.50 for half a dozen??? They re not THAT good. Never going back there. Not only did she lose me and my family, but i will recommend people go to other places. Like; I recommend people go to Sunny Donuts on Clairemont Mesa the people there are super nice, or The Donut Bar down town which has gotten awesome reviewers and for good reason, their donuts are awesome!!! Their prices are better, and they dont give you any attitude or over charge you.

Ive bought donuts here many times over the years and there is nothing special about them. My biggest and ongoing complaint is there poor customer service. It happened again today. I walked in this morning around 6:45 and was the only customer there. The woman at the counter said hello but then turned and walked to the back to do something with the coffee. Meanwhile Im left standing at the counter watching the other employees make donuts. There was no indication she was going to return soon so after a few moments I told them I would come back when they had more time to wait on a customer (instead of the other way around). OK, yes I could have waited but Im on my way to work and really dont expect that I would have to wait for them to get around to helping me or at very least "say something". Maybe they are just used to waiting on all the retired folks that hang out there all day.

The donuts are superb, the staff even better. Pricing is nominal, and a good variety. If your planning to eat in I recommend early or later as traffic gets heavy both human and auto. There is ample parking space though. Thats my story and Im sticking to it.

The donuts are delicious and the owners polite. They like to throw in extra doughnut holes when you get a few normal sized doughnuts which is nice. Its the hang out for a number of older folks who are there to socialize.

Great Donuts! My dad has been coming here for many years and the donuts and coffee are always good and not expensive. The service is good to people are friendly and its worth making the trip

The donuts are warm, fluffy and sooooo good! The price is affordable and its close to home. If you can, come early in the morning, its the best time!
