Worst place ever, I went around 5:00pm on Friday. Feb 17 and there was a Asian guy I ask if I can print a copy he said he charged a dollar. I said OK, I go to impress printing which is a better place and they only charge 10 cents per copy no matter if they have to open a file. I just had to go to this stupid place cause impress had close at 4:30pm. So I made a search on Google and I got this place, let me tell you This guys are theft, for one copy a stupid dollar. So any ways I was trying to email him an attachment but for some reason it wasnt opening up correctly so I had to figure it out and find a way for him to get, he was going back forth multitasking, I understand the inconvenience but when I finally got it I ask can you help me make it larger or edit a part his like Im going to charge 3 dollars more because you made me go back forth and this is a waste of my time. I was what the heck I thought I was the customer here!!! Horrible customer service!!!

Marlin and crew at Minuteman Press have always exceeded my expectations with prompt, reliable, and accurate printing. Of course, you have to give them the correct original documents, but if you ask, they can even design your project for you. You can email your digital files, and the next thing you know, your print job is ready. They even printed a 2 ft X 8 ft banner for me that I use at fairs and trade shows.
