PIP is the place to go to if you are looking for QUALITY printing. I am a designer who uses PIP on a weekly basis...Just this past weekend I was forced to use Kinkos due to an emergency and PIP not being open on the weekends. It was a quick print job that needed to be cut. The print was "so so" but the issue was the cuts! They had to run them twice because they cuts were so crooked! The final product was still crooked but there was nothing I could do about it being that I was on a time crunch and it was clear that no one there knew what they were doing! I will never, ever use a place like Kinkos again! The owner and employees at PIP are true printing professionals and I wouldnt trust my work to anyone else!

Walked in this place and a lady offered to help me. Her service was ok. I went in to use the internet, print copies and mail them as well. I ended up paying almost $5 just for a few copies and the internet that I used for 1 minute. To top it off a man named Tom was super rude. I asked him a question and he just said "so what are you trying to say". This is definately not the kind of service I was looking for. Next time I will go to kinkos or fed ex.

Bad service, I arrived 25 minutes before they close and they were no happy to turn on the color printer. When I asked for lamination (20 minutes before they close) the guy (Tom) said that I should told him before. It looked like they were making me a favor. You should have people that enjoy their work and that are not looking to get off of work.

Sam and team are amazing. Whatever you need they have a machine and people to pull it off. Specialty items dont scare them. Take them your toughest project with a tight deadline and they always get it done. I always count on them when I need a rush job done right.
