Worse experience ever! went in to look at some thing to buy. Came across some lamps. They were expensive. So I was looking them over and making sure the glass had no cracks. I further looked them over turning the lamps to see if the glass was one peace and was feeling the decore on the glass. I didnt no if it was a sticker or eatched in the glass. All of a sudden this rude scream came across the whole wharehouse. where everyone could here it. I felt like a child being yeld at by her grandmother and Im almost 50 yrs old. I went up to the counter and asked her not to yell at me and she still was screaming. She said she saw me turn some thing or try and lift the glass off. Even if I did one would need to see if the lamps worked. I didnt do that just looking at them. didnt no u couldnt touch in there so watch out. Antiques seen to have alot of cracks or missing peaces so thats why i was looking them over. Her tone was awfull! Than i went up to the counter to ask her not to yell across. She said sorry. She said she thought she saw me remove the glass. No excuse to scream at anyone in the store. Than asked me to leave. At this point I said Im not leaving this all was because I turned a lamp. I went to her manager she followed me. Still was talking with a very loud and worked up tone. For what? Is ur life that bad that you conduct yourself like that? All I wanted was to just be talked to like she would want. They made me feel like I was stealing. Very sad to be treated in this manner as a customer. She seems very angry and I could never talk to a customer like she did over looking at merchandise. Even if i did take glass off. When u buy used things u want ro see if they work. Next i would of plugged them in but i didnt get to that point becauae of her yelling. This use to be a thrift store now they have turned it into an antique store, calling it thrift. The worst part is the manager he did nothing. Not sure what goes on over there but a very horrible atmosphere.

Some of the worst customer experience i have ever been subjected to. The employee who helped me was extremely rude when i asked for the price of a chair, she looked up from her phone and told me the price. Asking why the chair was priced as such she proceeded to belittle me for not knowing about "designer" furniture and not knowing about the high cost of such furniture. Okay...I simply asked for justification of the price now it is my fault for not knowing better? I am just a college student and dont know these things why not educate me? She then pointed to an ordinary looking table and asked me to guess the price....is this how she treats all of her customers? Told me that it is worth $30,000 and that if i didnt know that then i dont belong in her store. Fine. I left immediately after this remark and i will never come back again. Other than my horrible experience the store had quite a bit of furniture and looked fairly organized in a like garage sale sort of sense. Similar to a Goodwill, there are probably some good finds in there if you can find them for the right price.

This is a wonderful store filled full of a wide range of vintage memorabilia as well as nearly new and lightly used new items. The prices were at least 50% lower in price than other thrift stores around the Sacramento area. But most of all, and the main reason for my comment is the customer service. It was so enjoyable and the people that worked there were so friendly and down to earth. Everyone that owns a business should take lessons from these people..... The store is easily accessed from either 65th or Folsom Blvd. You cant miss the huge yellow signs. Oh, and when you stop in, tell them Anneokie sent you!

Felt disorganized and prices were a bit high. Lots of volume of things with two large rooms full, but found nothing I wanted to purchase. Expect garage sale quality/organization with higher prices. Dont expect a well organized boutique with only top quality items. Some examples of pricing I saw: $30 for an outdated living room lamp, $125 for an outdated living room table with drawers.

This place is amazing! I was looking to redecorate my home and found a great dresser set, book case, and many other things. The people here are so friendly and always willing to lend a hand in moving things to the car. I will definitely be back for more. -Melissa

Not much here especially clothing. Even for a Thrift Store, quality is low.
