Worst service I have had went in with my daughter and I had cat liter and house cleaning products that I purchased at family dollar store in my cart and was at register playing for my food items and before I could even finish paying for my groceries the cashier kept demading I showed my reciept for my items that even had logo of family dollar store. I told her to let me finish paying and I would give her my receipt. Cashier was rude in her tone and I felt embarrassed on how they treat customers. I will never go back into SF horrible service. I have to say Raleys had best customer service compared to this grocery store and I wont ever shop here again.

Terrible service. Price rang up different than sign(more) but would not honor the list price. Employee should have changed sign accordingly once price went back to original price. What would the company loose by $1.00 instead of gain more customer by refund a little? The company need to understand what is "word of mouth" mean to their business. That tells me that either the manager or employee is covered their ass for their mistake. Come on, everyone make mistake, just admit it and offer an apology to custom. Thats all you need to do if you want keep your business in goodwill.

Bad customer service... Bakery old lady, very white bright face, was mugging me the whole time while making my coconut shake, she even used the coconut juice from a can that already has modes in it. Same lady was refilling the pork rice balls, dropped some of them on the floor and picked them right back up to put them in the tray right in front of me. What the hell is that, Gross. I even saw her picking her nose and didnt even waste her hands wtf. Seeing this I wonder how they even cook in the back.

Very bad customer service. I came in hoping to find ingredients i needed for a vegetarian meal. All employees i asked for help where not friendly or willing to help at all. Instead i asked customers for help. This is not the first time this has happened btw. Also , they dont have a scale to weigh your fruits and vegetables. This is not very helpful either. How am i supposed to know how many lbs. im taking with me? It took me forever to find roasted red chili paste and Wth is a bird thai chili?

I feel like the meat isnt that fresh. I remember someone posting something about how she saw an employee clean the glass with Windex while the meat was still inside and behind the sneeze guard and the Windex was dripping onto the meat. This person also saw another employee use the mop water to clean the meat grinder...and I just got some ground pork. Yuck! Other than this, its a typical Asian grocery store, bad service, most employees dont speak English but the ones that do are very helpful.

Racist!! Went there with some family member. While they were shopping we sat down to eat something we bought at another SF store. We were told to leave that we cant be there because the food wasnt purchase there. We said we was just waiting for some family to finish shopping, the employees yelled out " you fking mongols get the fk out, we dont want your kind in here". So we said fk them and left. Do not shop at SF!!!!!

Very bad costomer service at the Hot Food section. They would skip your turn in line and take somebody else order. The sandwiches that I bought are cold. And sometimes those lady at the Hot Food section would talk bad about you in their own language. NEVER WOULD WANTS TO GO AGAIN ESPECIALLY THE HOT FOOD SECTION
