I sure do love waiting around 75 minutes just to do one simple account transfer. Im litterally watching 3 employees just sitting with people and laughing and talking about what movies they saw recently. Theres about 7 people waiting but yet we have to wait for these people to spend as much time as possible aimlessly looking at the wall and going to their back rooms to do nothing. Its not hard to tell someone how a phone works. Its not hard to hire more than 3 people to help the tidal wave of customers that need help as well. Its not hard at all to shut your mouth about how old your daughter is. Do your job.

Wish I could have zero stars. The LG 4 you sold us a year ago has had its battery die twice and now youre telling me to just buy a new battery? Get a new phone by paying you the balance on a phone that lasted barely a year? Why do I need to have insurance to replace shoddy merchandise? I have been a loyal AT&T customer since 1998 and my first cell phone. However, my experience in dealing with their shoddy customer service. The unhelpful clerk who answered the phone refused to give me her name. Bye, AT&T- going to Google Phone instead.

Rob was very helpful, iPhone could not restore or update and this was more of an Apple iPhone problem rather than AT&Ts problem however instead of telling us to just go to apple he tried his best to fix the issue with his own personal experience. He tried his best we still must go to apple. Oh yeah it was 10min till AT&T closed and he still did this.

What a waste of time. The staff is not on the same page in regards to customer service. If its customer service related; avoid the pain, go somewhere else...incompetent staff on hand.
