Pros * Great people * Clean environment (for being a butcher) * Gentleman there worked very fast * Mathematically, you do receive a discounted price buying a "package deal". Cons * A bit overpriced for some meat (4 drumsticks for $5?! Tri Tip: @10 a pound!) * Quality on some meat seemed below the USDA Choice label on the package. I wouldnt mind the price if the quality of the meat was on par. I can easily grill up a juicy, tender, medium rare steak . But when Ive grilled up meat from here even medium rare cooked to perfection, its dry and the texture of the meat was just.....odd. Overall Really nice butcher. Who knows maybe I just got a bad batch of meat, grill wasnt working right, or marinade didnt pare well. Who knows. I dont want to discourage anyone going here. Definitely give them a shot. Just sharing my experience thats all. I might give them 1 more try with their "Summer BBQ Package" but my doubts are there.

4 stars because I dont know butcher shops or meat in general very well but I was helped top cut, bottom cut etc...and learned that Its not similar to a bake shop where you save money over a super market price they dont have the volume But their process is different and the meat could be more tender. Meat is individually packed and sealed for easy freezing and thawing and for 106 bucks I should not need to be at the meat counter for over three months being single. I say thumbs up I was pleased. In conversation I ask a co-worker about the shop before going their and I was told they were turned off by the smell when going in there but come on think about it they are fully processing there yes dead animals we sometimes forget at the restaurant, super market,and in our homes .

5 stars!!! Forget about the boutique grocers who have come to town,, Roseville meats has everything you could possibly want and more - for decades! Here are the "home run" items - (in my opinion). Original seasoning Tri-tip Chili-lime skirt steak Prime Rib with original seasoning Brannigan Fresh Turkey Kobe (Waygu) Burgers Plus so much more!!! Always open - even on Sunday!

These people rock. Good customer service, and butchers who know how to grill. Just bought a maui seasond tri-tip and cooked it as to the butchers recommendation. 500 degree grill, 8 minutes per side. Brought it in and let it cool while I finished the rest of dinner and sliced it last to keep the juices in. It turned out perfect. Thank you guys, and girl, for making me look good.

Super nice folks! I didnt catch his name but he set me up with everything I needed to use my new smoker for the first time. I got the pork belly and everything I needed to cure it. The bacon I cured and smoked turned out perfect thanks to him! Thank you!
