I wrote a one star review for this place last week over an issue with an employee not accepting a gift certificate. I am changing it to a 4 star review after the owner took the time to correct it. I sent a Facebook message to cold stones main page. They replied with the location owners email address and forwarded my complaint. The owner responded offering to reimburse me for the purchase AND accept my gift certificate next time. I turned down the refund, but was so grateful she confirmed I can use the certificate and promised she would train staff better for that. she then offered to send me a coupon in the mail which was above and beyond correcting the issue I had. Top notch customer service.

I usually love cold stone. After a movie we Google cold stone since we were from out of town. We were cutting it close since they were only open for another 12 minutes. We get out and the doors were locked and the lights turned out right in front of us. What a shame! If your open til 10 stay open till 10.

Terrible new management, dont care about customers. Asked for a shake with a little chocolate, they put a ton in. When I asked if I they could remake it or change it for something else, they said no and offered no compensation or alternatives.

I love ice cream and Cold Stone does it well. We always have a good experience here. They sing when you tip. One time I said they didnt have to sing and the server was soon sad! I felt bad...
