Better buy online. Prices arent that much cheaper than campus store (average $5 less), and very inconvenient to get to if you live on campus (if you walk). If you live in the area around the store, itll probably be worth it to go. Find the books you need early if youre going to go, lines are really long the weekend after school starts. Store isnt air-conditioned, staff are ok (the cashiers dont seem to care how long they take to do their job). If you want to get in and leave quicker, bring cash. Line to get in took an hour, and line to pay (by credit/debit) took another hour. Bring cash and you might be in and out in about 30-45 minutes (you get to skip part of the line going in, and the line to pay). This is all based on going the weekend after school started, not sure how busy it is the weeks afterward.

The book prices were great... But... The customer service was extremely poor. While in a perfectly amicable discussion with the clerk, another clerk butted in with criticism that I was not allowing the other clerk to finish her explanation of edits within a lab manuel. I only repeated to the clerk what she had made clear to show that I understood. I was not keeping her from finishing. The second clerks need to butt in was extremely rude and implied that the other clerk needed some sort of defending. I am sure the first clerk could have finished what she was saying without the other clerk putting me in my place so rudely. There were no customers waiting so there was plenty to time to be courteous.

Slightly annoyed that they wont tell you their prices- you have to personally go in to the store to see how much something costs. Thats my main issue with them. Otherwise, they are almost always cheaper than campus, but not by much. But hey, every penny counts when youre a college student!
