They have sent flowers for my anniversary. But 2 years now they have not did well. Last year they sent my flowers without my name on them so my wife had no idea who sent them. they did send another small arrangement to make up for the mistake which was nice. but this year my 30 year anniversary a few of the roses were wilted already and they begin to die the next day. It was 30 roses and about 9 lasted from Thursday to Saturday even with the flower packed didnt help. my wife ordered me not to buy from them anymore. Thank God I got her front row seats to the Jersey Boys and she had VIP pictures with the cast after the show. Sorry but I will have to order from Archibald flowers for the next year and pay the extra shipping cost.

Very happy with Magnolia Flowers! Last minute like 2:00 in the afternoon on Mothers Day I decide to sent flowers. I thought no way am I going to find someone to deliver flower this late. But I did, Magnolia Flowers! My mother was visiting my sister at her house and I was not in town. So I called, and Donna helped my on the phone with my order. Within an hour my Mother and Sisters had their surprise flowers for Mothers day. I even callled Donna back when I found out my other sister was there too, and had her make up 3rd flower arrangement to add. No problem she said. I am very happy and thankful for Magnolia Flowers were there for me! Thanks again Donna your great!

Mothers Day flowers ordered online in Arizona to be delivered to my mom, in Riverside were not as shown. Had to call for the photo card to be added then charged me an extra $10.00 dollars for an out of state fee. When I called the shop to get an explanation was told to call back in the morning because she had two people in the shop and did not know what I was taking about. Was told my order would be upgraded to "Premium" because Id purchased the deluxe. Once my mom received and sent me the pictures of her gift I was very disappointed it looked like the "as shown option." Save your money and just send flowers that come in a box.

I received a beautiful dozen red roses on a Friday evening and by that Monday morning they were almost dead. They were not so pretty. I have received cheaper dozen red roses from other places and the flowers always lasted a week. The positive side too this story is that I called them too let them know the situation and without hesitation they are willing to resend the same beautiful flowers. Just to know that you have a satisfaction guaranteed policy makes me continue to shop with Magnolia Flowers. Thank you.

Thank you so much you made my day I lost my dad a couple of months ago but we burried him the 13th of this month tomorrow is his Birthday not only did they make a beautiful arrangement they delivered them to the cemetery that he is burried at and put them on his grave for me I live in Oklahoma so you better belive I will be using them again

For Mothers Day I got the most beautiful dozen yellow roses Ive ever seen. My wife was blown away by the presentation and said, they almost dont even look real." Thank you for helping me make my ladies day a very special day. As for me, I will only be buying my flowers with Magnolia Flowers...the staff is very kind and selection is great!!

I live out of state and placed an order last year around this time for my mothers birthday. The person that assisted me was great and they even were thoughtful enough to send me a picture of the arrangement they had made for her. The flowers were great and she loved them I am for sure going to use them again this year!!!

Used their website to send some flowers to my girlfriend. The flowers she received were absolutely horrid. The roses were old and the carnations were withered. Wish they could have been as nice as the delivery service. Next time ill just take my girl out to dinner... I dont recommend this flower shop AT ALL.
