Sad very sad they are closing this store. I remember when they were building Hiltop Mall Jcpenneys was the first store built and opened while construction was going on in the rest of the mall I wanted to take a walk thru before they close it. Hilltop mall wont be here much longer very sad to me.

A 1 star is too much for the portrait department. Appointments mean nothing. They are so busy trying to sell people extra "stuff" they are not in a rush to do any type of job. Appointment time was 12:10 its now 12:56. I see why the company is losing money rapidly.

I got helped right way ...plus i lost my glasses a week ago and the manger in the ring department(i belive)returned my glasses right away very friendly as well ....store rating is also 5 because they have alot of stuff and get attend quickly

When i wrnt there i thought that i couldnt find everything in jc penny and i was rong i also got them for a really cheap price and i thank you jc penny im sad that your clossing wisb you good luck

Says it closes at 7 on Sunday. Went at 6 and an announcement was made that they close at 6!?

I personally prefer to shop at the stores on Fitzgerald Dr. or online.
