Ok where do I start... reason of me giving a 1 star I based it on the fact their donuts taste old, another thing they have tables for you to drink and eat donuts and coffee but yet you cant even use their restroom? Cmon I get it most of these places dont allow you to use it since there is a high level of homeless people probably trying to use around this area, Im assuming thats the reason why. but if you going to have a restroom and its going to be facing the front of the business next to the counter where its visible at least take of the nameplate that says restroom off and perhaps remove the tables and chairs from the donut shop!!!

I came with my family to eat donuts, and while we were eating, my aunt bit into a donut and pulled a hair out of her mouth. We told the cashier that we had found a hair in her donut and the cashier just said that she had a hairnet, took the donut to the back and didnt say anything else. I was expecting to get a refund or another donut, but she didnt say squat. We are definitely not coming back.

The daytime service is good. But when it comes to the late hours after 10 p.m. theres only one guy there he takes forever he is so slow and the worst part is he doesnt even speak English so the whole time youre just pointing and hes guessing. I went there for a donut and a fountain drink and it took him 10 minutes just get me those items because I couldnt communicate with him.
