I could hardly recommended this store. I have been a Verizon customer for about 7 or 8 years now and was very happy to see a store open near where I live. Initially the service was acceptable - on par with what I would expect from a wireless outlet. If you are getting into a new phone or contract expect excellent service. Beyond that, only enter the store if you are a masochist. Upon entering the store you will be preyed upon, bombarded by sales representatives looking to "help" you. That is where the new phone recommendation comes in. If you have an issue with your contract or even more frustrating - hardware, expect significant wait times even if the store is not busy. I have gone into this specific store several times with faulty hardware. If I am a paying customer I would expect that the company that provides my service would want to provide me with a means to use their product. Unfortunately when I have entered the store claiming and even showing phone malfunctions I am treated as if I have no idea how to operate the phone equipment. When I presented a specific claim - the phone would not auto update - i was given a replacement *see previously broken* phone. This phone updates just fine - but turns off automatically and overheats when talking for over 2 minutes. Yes, they issued me a phone that can not be used as a phone. The only response I have gotten is to perform a factory reset whenever I have a problem and each representative including their managers (even someone claiming to be their head manager for their district) will be elusive with answers on why they will not replace/repair the hardware they sell even if it has the purchased Asurion replacement program. I am going to a different store now for service.....unless I want a new phone.

So today I walk into this store ..This woman named lisa in the front sitting in a scooter asked me what did you need i say just need to exchange this case I bought on the 13th..its a waterproof case I specifically bought this for a trip and its broken dose not seal right she puts me on a waiting list I ask her if we can just exchange it quickly because I need to catch a flight ..there is only 3 people in the whole store ..she puts me on a waiting list ..I wait for 25 minutes I go to her and say I have my receipt there is the same ones over on the wall ..shes said I have to wait ..I said why cant you help me?..she replied Im the manager!..like she is to good to help a customer..I said well then you can help me then she gets pissed and said no ..she said the case is broken mind you she has never even looked at it!!..then I say ok my receipt states I have a 14 day return policy..just take it back i need to get going ..she gets pissed tells me no...Im like your job as a manager is to help your customers..not sit there on your scooter and do nothing ..she tells me to get out of her store and wont exchange my case when it clearly states I can on my receipt..I will never step foot in this store again and I will tell people never to buy anything there ..Ive been with Verizon before it was even called Verizon a long time customer and she gave me the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!..SHE IS LAZY AND HAS NO PLACE THERE AT ALL...

This store does not know how to handle business customers. I tried to upgrade my company phone and the manager wasnt having it. She kept asking if I am an authorized on the account? No, my company has about 100 people with company phones and we are not ALL authorized on the account. I told her I can call the authorized user and he can give her a password like he does with every other Verizon store we work with. She wasnt hearing it and kept repeating the same line over and over again getting more impatient every time. She wouldnt take the time to talk to me or the authorized user. Someone needs to let the manager know thats not the way to treat business customers with multiple phones with your company. If you are a business customer with more than one phone go somewhere else because this store does NOT know how to deal with you or your business.

The staff (especially managers) at this location go out of their way to make you happy, and are very willing to bend rules regarding return policies, restocking fees, etc. Just dont be afraid to ask for help/favors, be social to make sure they remember you (like ask them how their days going & sound interested), remind them of your name, and if they ask or recommend you arrive at a certain time to help you with a favor... be there! Showing respect for them gambling on your business, along with a relaxed, friendly personality, will benefit YOU in the long run! Ive had 14 day return periods extended beyond 30 days, restocking fees waived & been given promos I didnt really earn just by being persistent, but in a nice friendly way.

Is it possible to give no star? I tried to payoff my phone using two cards (gift card + visa). They said I cant do that. I can do only one card. I asked why not. No explain but keep saying that I cant do that (later I found that their system cant do that). I tried to talk to Manger and this girl in the front said that she is a manager. I explain situation and she said same thing. I cant pay with two cards. Few days later, I drop by to buy a case, and noticed that same girl who said she is a manager is not a real manager. I confront her and she told me that she never said that she was a manager. Well, I guess that is how this store deal with customer when they dont want by saying that they are manager when they are not.

Actually, after reding these reviews I was wary, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were very helpful. I have an older phone that wasnt working properly... not charging. I did NOT buy the phone from them, but they helped charge it, AND made a call to customer service about an ongoing issue Ive had with Verizon since last February. The problem was not resolved, but the staff at this office did everything they could to help. I think they are making the effort, and I think they did allt hey could. Still have problems, but they are with the phone and with Verizon central, not this office.

I walked in to the store and this obese person named Lisa. Greets me with most discussed face a person can give. When she ask me what do I need. I replied " I just want to change my phone" she goes on telling me that I cant because I am not authorized. Then I ask her I want to see the manager. And Lisa goes on to lie saying she is the manger. I do not recommend this place at all. Lisa you are horrible at talking to customers and I will Never go to this place agin. Nobody should come here it sucks.

Ive been in about 10 times over the years for my personal and business accounts (12 lines). I have only experienced excellent service. They have saved me mo ney several times by their suggestions. Very happy this real Verizon store is close to me. I wont go to any "authorized dealer" Verizon stores ever again.
