The staff is friendly. If purchasing an item your not 100% sure about and may possibly return. Please inquire before they ring you up. I purchased a speaker here that I thought was Bluetooth and an employee kept telling me if you dont like it you can also return it for your money back. He repeated it to the point where I was like okay. Ill try it. The speaker took batteries instead of a charge cord which the employee didnt mention. Nor handed it to us to look at since it was behind the counter. But when I noticed that it took batteries I tried to return it for my cash back but was only able to do store credit. Pretty frustrating especially after being told multiple times I can return it. Never saw him again after that. Otherwise no issues with the store or employees.

Pitiful, RICKY HAS WORST CUST. SVC. SKILLS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A DOLLER GENERAL! HE IS THE REASON I WILL NOT RETURN! SMACKS HIS CHEWING GUM,ROLLS HIS EYES AT YOU. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PAY-PAL OR DEBIT, HE RUDELY SKOLDS YOU and ASKS "IS IT GONNA WORK THIS TIME?!!!" RICKY DOESNT BELONG AT "DG", HE BELONGS AT A BEAUTY SALON WHERE HE CAN "GAB WITH THE GALS and BE LAZY",CAUSE HE LOOKS AS IF HE HASNT BURNED A CALORIE IN 5 YRS! SO DONT LEAVE N COME BACK FOR YOUR FOOD CAUSE HE WILL CRY ABOUT RESTOCKING YOUR ITEMS! WHAT A JOKE!!!

Im literally always there! I love the consistent deals they have going on. I love The workers there they are extremely helpful. The only thing that bothers me if having to see people w/o a home walking in and out with stolen stuff in their pockets. Its not fair us loyal customers paying with our hardworking money the full amount which is not at all expensive,& other ppl can jst walk out with stolen merchandise. I Will feel more safe & the safety of the employees if cameras where installed.

Ricky has great customer service skills. He is very friendly and welcoming. I went with my mother one day, and he noticed my cart was pretty full so he directed me to a coupon online to save some money on my purchase. I live closer to another Dollar General but I drive a litter further just for this Dollar General. Every time I go there he is very welcoming. Thanks Ricky!
