Lori from Liberty Tattoo could not have been less interested if she had been in a coma, brushed my fiancé and I off completely. Lucky for us that Folsom City Ink was just down the street from them. We now have 2 beautiful tattoos done by Frankie with many more to follow.

I was apprehensive about getting a tattoo but Bills relaxed attitude put my mind at ease. Ive had my tattoo for 2 years now and it looks great still! I have received many compliments on the detail and the richness of the colors. I would recommend Bill 100%!
