My husband had a forearm tattooo done at this shop in March. He was suppose to get background done on it the same night but the artist had plans and my husband said it was ok to do it another time so he wouldnt rush. The artist said he would finish it another time without charge. After a month my husband tried setting up a time to complete it, and the artist response was he was always to busy. Now after he put a review on Facebook, they said he could have his tattoo completed if he took his review down. When he said he wouldnt, they threatened to sue for slander. This shop is unprofessional and their customer service needs some work. If you look at some of their negative reviews their response if rude and unapologetic. They give you a feeling that they do not respect their customers and their opinions. Instead of tying to fix their flaws they make it seem like it the customers problem. The only problem the customer has is they choose to trust this shop. I only gave them one star bevause I cant give them zero. They need to realize the only way youll survive in this business, is having great customer service skills.

The only place I will ever go for ink. First met the guys of Norcal when I lived in Sac. Chris and Jae are awesome. They have worked on just about all my pieces and piercings. I make the drive from Los Angeles to this shop to get my ink and metal work. Great attitude, amazing skill, and always willing to work with your schedule. Hands down the best experience Ive had, as well as great customer service.

I absolutely love this place. Chris the tattoo artist constantly puts out amazing work and Chris the piercer is fast, efficient, and has a great professional manner. I love this shop now that its being week managed and has a good honest artist in. I dealt with some of their previous artists and I am so glad I came back to see the new changes. Otherwise I wouldnt have. The new guys are great

I got my belly button pierced and even after the swelling went down it was a little crooked. Not a good experience. Piercer hardly told me any info on what to do to take care of it. She just gave me a piece of paper and wasnt super friendly. I had to go to the store and buy lots of things to take care of it some of which I couldnt even find. Would not go back here.

Ive been getting my Hero half sleeve worked on for quite a few months (mostly because Ive been doing a lot of vacationing) and Chris (Tattoo Artist) is amazing! Its easy to schedule an appointment and the staff is great. Pricing for my sleeve has been very reasonable! Once my sleeve is complete I will definitely be going back to get more tattoos done.

Honesly I went to get my septum just the other day and the piercing itself looks great but each time I tried to make casual conversation with the workers they were just super awkward and didnt respond just like they were bothered by me even talking with them like they just wanted to do their job and didnt make my piercing experience an EXPERIENCE

Went in for a piercing. Piercing artist Chris is amazing. Very fast and efficient. The new ownership seems to be doing this place well. I made an appointment with the new tattoo artist, Jae. Cant wait. He does full color new school style. Think Jime Litwalk and Jesse Smith style from ink master. Can not wait for my new piece

The old piercer left and the new one couldnt even switch out my girls nose rings. She messed up the captive ball hoops by bending thrm in to ovals and couldnt put the balls in and my girls nose got torn and bled. 1/10 would NEVER go again. If this is how switching jewelry goes I cant imagin getting pierced by this lady.

I took my daughter to get her nose pierced, Cookie was professional and made her feel very comfortable. I was running behind on an appointment and needed to print a doc for a proposal meeting, the gentleman there offered to print it for me. Very curtious staff!!

I went there on Friday the 13th and they completely ripped me off . My tragus piercing was crooked and in the wrong spot with a too small bar. Unfortunately my regular piercer had to take it out so my ear could heal for she could repierce it. Smh

The work is over charged. We waited for a hour to recieve poor tattoos.... I cant wait for them to heal so i can go to a real artist and have them made rite... They charge a minimum of $100 but the work is worth $20
