After being a family customer ... we had an incident with (Taget Optical, Moorpark) not properly reporting information so my online contact order could be filled properly. I buy my contacts online because its cheaper and Target Optical officially hold my prescriptions. If they dont execute properly ... it causes problems with the orders. Unfortunately they dont see fault in that and even though I paid full price for my exam and perscription ... they seem to think of me as less of a customer. Moving on.

Love this eye doctor. Made an appointment i the morning and saw the doctor at noon. Roxanne is amazing she helped me get the perfect frames her patience is out of this world. This is my 3rd time here and I am always so happy with the level of service here. Thank you for making it easy and quick.

Helpful. Friendly. Patience, as it takes time and decisions on what pair of glasses to get. Very affordable. So far my sons glasses are in perfect shape even after 6 months. Which is saying a lot! Glasses arrived under 5 days! I have recommended Target Optical to many people.
