People on here might of had a bad time coming here for the first time, but from someone who has been coming here for 11 years, its a matter of respect and culture. I learned to adapt to the people of the store and they have treated me with the up most respect. Ive even had some freebies thrown in for respecting the values here. Sure its not a 5 star restaurant, its a 7/11. Treat it like one.

Bad customer service. I bought a beer and the clerk dropped it on the counter, he looked at it and said " it ok" then when I got home to open my beer the top was Broken off and so I went back to exchange the beer and the clerk said "no". " you took it .........". Wtf so Illl never be a returning customer again. I got ripped off. Grade F

That place is on my never go list again. my $1.99 posted waters was $3.09. To add an 1/8 of a cup of coffee and reheat was $1.25. The people from the community were awesome. But the chubby male Latino employee behind the counter could care less. He blamed the mislabeled pricing on stickers. Nonchalant attitude.

This 7/11 is always busy and therefore, the coffee station is always dirty and messy. I only come here when I need a last minute item. Parking is difficult since its on a corner intersection and the parking lot is very messy with leftover trash. Seems like management doesnt care as long as customers come in.

The guys are usually nice. There is one associate that is a women who looks like a guy she is very rude every time I go in and today she refused to service me for no good reason I placed my money on the counter and she said no no no as telling me she was not going to give me service.

Very bad customer sevice. The old lady doesnt let you pay your coffee with your debit/credit card unless you spend MORE than $3 dollars on your total purchase!

Yesterday I when to buy my little sister a chicken sandwich and the guys there didnt even know what the package was or when they where made. That was gross
