There was a black girl working there. I clearly asked about the cheesecake if they use any braiding additives to the ice cream she said no Ive been requested to have that ice cream well then after I was watching her make my ice creams she proceeded to pull out some reading material that look like crumbs I have her I thought you said that it was no breathing she said you wont feel it or taste it Ive been requested vanilla because I do not like the gritty feeling in my mouth she then decided to have an attitude after she mixed the ice cream in the container before putting it on the mixer she just grew the mixer into the container on the bottom shelf she continued to have an attitude I feel that I was very upfront I even told her that I asked you and you told me no customer service also goes with telling the truth attitudes will slow the business down guarantee it

Overpriced, the employees were less than enthusiastic, and it was a slow service. Each topping is a dollar extra on top of the base price for the ice cream. The employee who was working looked like he just rolled out of bed in an old, stained shirt and didnt bother to brush his hair. If this were my employee I would tell him he needs to look professional and take pride in his appearance. I kept thinking one of his long locks of curls was going to fall into my $8 small cup or milk and cream. Hair net?

Sweet kid at register that really wasnt sure what to do.. And this place doesnt accept the recipt coupon after the 7 days like all the rest do wont be back to this one this is the third bad expiriance here and it just opened a few months ago! Chino or Roland heights it is from now on!

Very rich experience..I tried the bloodorange nitroshake..more like a thick creamy sorbet..not a shake..but very flavorful and true to taste..prices are high..but worth the experience!

The ice cream is undoubtedly good, but ridiculously overpriced and it is often difficult to get a seat to eat it. We bought three large portions with mix ins and were charged $28.60!

The way the ice cream is made it already tastes stale by the time you eat it and the price is awful. Walked down a bit and enjoyed much better ice cream from Wienerschnitzel.

Super cool idea. But goodness. Its crazy sweet. Couldnt eat mine. Just way too sweet. Captain crunch is the flavor I got. $28.00 for 3 large ice creams. Super pricey

They use too much nitrogen when cooling the cream to make it into ice cream, so much so that your lips and teeth are numb for 20 minutes or so after you eat your ice cream

The ice cream is always amazing! However the staff and portion size seemed very skimpy, I prefer the Rowland heights location better experience, and customer service.

Big whoop with the liquid nitrogen...my $10 pistachio ice cream tasted nothing like pistachio. Should have walked to Wienerschnitzel for a soft serve instead.
