Came here during a weekday and it seems like thats the time to come. I remember when CREAM first opened the lines were long and the wait was gruesome. I was disappointed to walk in and find the place so dirty. There wasnt a customer in the store, yet I walked into two guys behind the counter doing who knows what. I would hope that one would take the initiative to wipe down the tables, and sweep the sprinkles off the floor for the next customer. I ordered two mini ice cream sandwiches. I believe its a new thing they are offering. I got chocolate chip with the cookies warmed up, bad idea. The warm cookie made it very difficult for the guy to make the cookie sandwich and add toppings to it. The ice cream kept sliding around. He had to try and make the cookie twice. I couldnt take pictures of the poor looking cookies when he finally finished lol. One cookie was Vanilla flavor with sprinkles and one with churro flavor ice cream, and waffle crumbles. The churro flavor was tasty. The person who helped us was friendly and offered different tasting options during our visit. I just wish they would keep the place clean. It was nasty trying to flick Oreo cookie crumbs off my table.

Really really bad experience. Employee hated her life. Did not seem motivated whatsoever. There wasnt too many people in line but she did not call for help so everyone behind us ended up leaving. Their groupons were not working. Until 15 min after trying she finally decided to call for help on the register. She never said toppings were extra nor does it have it posted but still charged us. Completely overrated and over priced. Will not be coming back here and I really doubt the people behind us that left will be as well.

Dont let the stars fool you.The cookie sandwich was on point. Extremely delicious! But it sucks when you been so excited to visit this place and you FINALLY arrive to terrible customer service! Ben does not want to work, not welcoming at all. He was in his own world..I had so many questions and really wanted to take different stuff home but I just ended up ordering my cookie and thats it because his customer services skills SUCK! Hopefully my next visit will be better and hopefully Ben is not there!!!!!

We happened to drive by and we were curious as to what the business was. We came in and we were greeted and helped by a wonderful employee. We had tons of questions and he was happy to help. Love the flavors they offer and the have vegan options!! My boyfriend is vegan so it was perfect! He had a handcrafted sandwich and he loved it. They serve great portions and Cream has a really nice vibe to it. Would recommend anyone in the area to try their desserts. Will be going back soon.

I thought this would be a nice treat before my movie started over at Edwards. I got the Mint Chip Soy Ice Cream, ate it walking over to the Theater, bought my ticket, then spent the entirety of the trailers and half of the start of the movie on the toilets, sweating, groaning, and thinking I was going to poop myself to death. Go there if you want, but for the love of all that is good, dont get the Mint Chip Soy Ice Cream then venture far from a toilet.

I loved this place. You can get just ice cream, which all of their flavors I tried were awesome. Or you can get an ice cream sandwich. But not the average sandwich, you can choose a cookie, brownie, or fluffy waffle to surround the ice cream. You can even get an ice cream taco. This place is a must try if youre in the area or passing by on the freeway.

It is bright and clean. We tasted a couple of flavors and the were all good. They have vegan and soy products. We had oatmeal and vanilla ice cream sandwich and a mini chocolate chip and cinnichurro ice cream sandwich. The servings of ice cream are generous. I thought the cookies were average.

Didnt have the flavors we wanted, and the ones we decided to get were bland. Cookies were fresh out of the oven and were hard. Girl gave us attitude when asked for a vegan banana bliss. I will not go back, but everything is worth a try for those whom have not been.

One delicious ice cream place arrived in our area. This one is a good one. We loved the ice cream sandwiches and ice cream tacos. They have several choices of chocolate and they have red velvet. My kids just cant get enough of this place. We come here once a week.

My daughter wanted a cookie sandwich. Saw this place on Saturday when I was at work had to try it. Today when I saw the menu was a big plus for my son and he loved it with the vegan cookies and the soy ice cream. Keep up the good work coming here again.

Great spot for ice cream. Definitely try their made-to-order waffle ice cream sandwiches. I come here about 1-2 times a month. My only gripe is it takes a bit too long to get your order but the friendly staff and great ice cream make up for it.

Employe (lady) didnt seem happy and inviting.need better customer service. They do not have allot of flavors to choose from, served on small paper plates not enough room for ice cream or anything else. Priced way to high. Will not return

The cookies are warm, crispy, and soft, which is probably the best compliment I can give a cookie. The ice cream with the warm cookie really made for a great dessert. Theres a bit of a wait if its busy, but its totally worth it.

You just cant go wrong with ice cream. They have a large selection of some recognizable flavors (chocolate chip), and some unknown yet great tasting flavors (soy blueberry)!
