Absolutely love this place for cultural diversity and the awesome diversity of food from around the world. Usually crowded with middle-eastern clients, mostly Persian, and many signs are in Farsi. Its easy to get turned off if you dont know the culture, and I dont. But I love being exposed to different cultures. The people here are usually friendly and this is a good place to get authentic and excellent quality food, and to ask occasional questions. Pricing like on fresh veggies is hit or miss. Dont go looking for deals but you might occasionally find some compared to other stores. Check out the Irani Bakery, awesome fresh food there. They have their own location for reviews.

Rude rude rude! These guys dont know the meaning of customer service. I bought 3 sangak breads. I didnt look and trusted the baker to give me something descent. When I went home 2 of them were half burned! They have jacked up the prices on everything recently. Some stuff like eggs, milk, toilet paper, detergent and others ... are even more expensive than Ralphs. Looks like there is no quality control, a lot of stuff dont have expiration date and you are buying at your own risk. Ive bought expensive cookies here that tasted very stale. What are you gonna do? Spend $3 on gas to return a $3 item?! I caution you to be careful when shopping here.

Mission Ranch, a Persian/Middle Eastern market, is still a solid four stars. Their produce is still inexpensive, much cheaper than regular chain grocery stores. A week ago, I loaded up on their small avocados, 4 for $1. They currently have the best satsuma tangerines--sweet and juicy with no seeds! I also loaded up on Persian cucumbers. Great selection of dried fruitand nuts...wonderful fresh baked bread...love their persimmons...grapefruit 3 for $1...the list goes on and on... I still wish they carry organic produce, but other than that, its a great store!

Most of their items are good quality but when it comes to pastry it is not very good. The prices are good compare to similar stores. For food I recommend their rice and Kabab but other food are just average. The owners are usually at the store will help customers when they have been asked to help along with the employee. The Cashiers are very friendly. They dont force you to leave the stores when it is time to close, they wont even announce it, they polity wait for you to finish your shopping. It is convenience to shop there.

They have great prices and healthy meats for less..the meat at this store has the same value as organically grown, beef, chicken and lamb and you get more for your money and the meat is healthy and fresh just like you would buy at the butcher only healthier no chemicals they are grass fed and the animals are not in fear when they die. The veggies are locally grown but most of all they are not greedy with their prices, they are people oriented and know what it takes to survive in todays economy. I love Mission Ranch Market.

So many people have said how good the service/product is at Mission. I went to the deli, asked for cheese and to have it sliced thin enough to roll it up like for a deli tray. The slice they showed me looked great. What I found when I got home however was like 3 times as thick. Nothing will roll up, it breaks, its way too thick! The only thing thin enough to roll is the one meat I bought that didnt need to be rolled. Very disappointed and will definitely NOT recommend to anyone!!!!!

The food is always great! If you havent tried Persian food this is a great place to go. The servings are substantial. The grocery store and bakery are amazing. Vegies and fruits are so fresh. You can find many things that arent sold at grocery stores. I found Asian spices etc. along with middle eastern.Just an awesome place. Make sure to stop at the bakery and check out the fresh baked pastries. Theyre very special.

Rude, rude and arrogant. They say "crap flows from top management- downwards" These people have no idea what customer service is all about Some items are passed their "sell by date. Fruits and vegetables are stale. They go bad after 2-3 days and are not any cheaper than good super markets like Ralphs, Stater or Albertsons Will never shop here and nor will my friends & family members

I usually call the restaurant on my way here to place my yummy food order. While Im shopping the fresh meats, produce, and international spices, my food is being made to order fresh. loves to order dinner from this place. The chicken and beef koobidh, basically the chicken and beef kabob are so delicious. The price is perfect. It is served with plentiful rice, fresh herbs and bread.

MRMs koobideh is a great deal. 2 Koobideh, lots of rice, grilled tomato, herbs, onion, and lavash. Enough for two meals. All for $9.99 and it is among the best in OC. They could be a little faster though. The market is a great place to shop with very good prices and a huge selection. Their Salad Olovieh is not as good as Hatam (which is the best in Southern OC in my opinion).

I stop by to pick up some food to go , the Lady who was helping me was very rude and unprofessional before I stop by I called in and I was on hold for about seven minutes someone answered the phone and said can you hold on for a second then they put me on hold again for 3 1/2 minutes then the phone got cut off , so I decide to go in and order but it was a very bad experience .

warm atmosphere, the food quality is good, the speed of service is better than average. The order taking crew are polite and friendly. The prices are average in compare to other persian cuisine establishments. there are couple of times that the orders were prepared incorrectly, but, everyone makes mistakes at times. My wifes favorite is joojeh kabab and loves the salads.

It basically caters to Persian Cooking. I still stop in occasionally because they have ingredients and spices I cant get at other markets and I do enjoy Persian food. Realistically if you cook a wide variety of different ethnic meals or traditional American meals you could not get everything you need here. Still a fun place to stop in from time to time.

Great variety of regular and international groceries at a very affordable price! Has a restaurant and bakery. Produce is excellent price! If you are into alternative flour sources, you will find a lot of great flours here like teff & chickpea flour (besan), at unbelievably low price. I found 4lb. bag of teff flour for under $5!

My husband got yelled at by some crazy hispanic lady today because our 6 year old doesnt speak Spanish to strangers, and employees did nothing. She was literally yelling making my kid feel scared. They should start banning people like that for child endangerment. We are in America she can chose to learn any language she wants.
