Illegal business practices with employees. You think I dont know Mike? Why is it that you respond to every negative review as a disgruntled former employee? You intentionally fix your rating, by having google remove postings. This is the review of a former emoloyee. Can you not accept that the quality of the meat has gone down drastically? I even commented on it to the butcher while looking through the case. Your marbling is not correct for prime, as well as it being too old. Not to mention the trash in the hotcase you call food. Made with all of the ingredients that are too old to be sold independently. Or, the numerous health code violations that go on in the produce department? Aswell as issue with California mandates for employees. While I cannot prove you profile customers, you do. Ive seen it first hand. Why do you have a one way mirror to watch everyone? Are the 30-odd cameras not enough? If I see more honest reviews dissapear from this page, Ill be notifying the proper officials about your illegal business practices. Just because someone doesnt like what you have turned the store into doesnt mean they are a disgruntled employee. Im ready to play ball Mike, my job stands up to legal scrutiny, does yours? Im just a nice guy, trying to inform the community about your dishonesty.

Dirty place with expired foods on shelves. They have obviously not done an inventory in a long time because I found products expired from over a year ago. Always check your expiration dates when you shop here. I turned into the front the expired food and told them more of them on the shelf still were past due. A week later I went in to find the expired food still sitting on the shelf! I told them again that day. Eent back today and still there plus I noticed the other brand of same product was expired Nov 2013! Disgusting! Clean out your store and stop violating health codes! Especially when someone notifies you and you do nothing about it.

Long time customer here. The store recently changed ownership, but I havent seen any change in the quality of the food here, which I feel is first rate. In fact, in the dairy section, the products on the shelves are fresher (in that they are not as near their expiration date) as they had been previously. I only buy fresh foods here, never any pre-made items, so I cant comment on their quality. The have a very good selection fruits and veggies. The meat and fish provided are much superior to what you are going to find in one of the big chain grocers.

Pacific Ranch Market has been in the neighborhood for years. This place was up in the hills of Orange area before any of the large grocery stores. They have a great deli, prepared foods and a nice little bakery. The baked goods are a bit high, but are very tasty. The produce section has really good fruits and vegetables. There are a good selection of bulk candies as well. If you want to drop by a boutique grocery store, with some high quality products, give Pacific Ranch a try.

Why would you ever shop here? I wish it was an exaggerated statement, but almost every single product here is x2 the price of any other supermarket. Coffee creamer is usually $3 at Ralphs, Albertsons, Trader Joes, Smart & Final, etc. etc. but over here its over $6 including tax. Yeah, what a nice "little neighborhood supermarket." Dont shop here when you can just go a mile down the road for Albertsons and Stater Bros, and pay regular price.

The other day I was in the store asking where a product was. The man tells me where it is and I head that way when I hear him proceed to tell the worker there to watch me because Im black. Im sorry but thats not cool this isnt the The 1800s old man. I was so pissed off I walked to the front and asked someone what the guys name was. His name is Mike Walker and he is a racist. You lost my business you racist old man.

This place has really gone downhill. All the produce that use to be fresh and local is now all from Mexico. The new owners are cheap and are just trying to save a dollar but they doesnt realize that we shopped here for quality. Also every week they are moving things around so Im lost shopping here. Just sad to see a place that use to be so good go downhill fast.

Neighborhood small market with speciality choices makes shopping at Pacific Ranch an enjoyable experience. Not sure if Im paying a premium, but if I am, its worth it. Quality fruits, vegetables, meat and other grocery staples are fresh and tasty. For a quick lunch, try the salad bar, deli or hot choices. Dont forget the bakery, too!

Came in here last week to buy some groceries to make dinner with my boyfriend. We bought some chicken as well as some other miscellaneous items including mochi balls. The mochi balls were two months past their sell date and tasted absolutely terrible. The chicken was mediocre and dry. Get your bag boys to check dates.

I have been working here for over 20 years. And recently lost my job here. The new management has been rude and unfair and has fired me for no reason. Since Ive been working for them they have called me a wet back and a useless Mexican. I just want the public to know what a racist company this is.

I love the selection here. Unique items. Nice wine selection Its just that its pretty expensive to ship here. I would love to support this business more, but for now we just go here for a "treat" or of we just need one or two items and want to get it quickly

Small but stocked with every shopping need, Pacific Ranch Market has delicious sandwiches made at their deli counter. Their specialty items are above average, and their produce is always exceptional.

This is the only market where my wife buys all of our fruits, vegetables and meat. She really likes the deli and bakery products. The staff is very helpful.
