Oh how I now loathe Krispy Kreme donuts and the entire brand is now dirt to me. Today was their "Talk Like A Pirate Day" otherwise known as how to make small kids cry and piss off their parents and not even feel bad about it. After our kids spent 1.5 hrs making all their own 3 item pirate gear this company actually thought it was "OK" to break their little hearts by closing early at 9:25 PM (they close at 10pm). We stroll in their with our kids so proud...only to have their hearts broken by Daniel McCombe, Unit Manager (and the rest of the crew there). They actually closed their entire store drive thru and all early and left a wake of disappointed kids behind. Him and the employee working drive thru showed zero compassion they couldnt even muster a generic insincere appology. I could not help blurt out "you suck". Hey Krispy Kreme are you listening? This is an epic social media campaign fail on your part -- shame on you! We are regular customers NO MORE! Tomorrow we promised the kids a visit to a mom and pop donut shop that wont make them cry! From fun to fail, a lesson on how to build badwill. And the fact that you forced me to give the world is in an unfair place speech due to your lame campaign well makes me want to wish scurvy upon you -- ARGH!

The most epic adventure ever. So there I was on a road trip with my sister and my mom decided to stop by Krispy Kreme because where I come from there isnt one so I didnt want to be rushed when I was in there and these guys were awesome about that. Yes they were busy but the way everybody worked together you could tell they had a very good teamwork ethic going on. Cody (Im not sure if I spelled that right, my bad bro) helped us out and made my night! There is no doubt I will come back on my way back through for sure. Shout out to Cody give that guy a raise!... No seriously give that guy a raise

Poor cutomer service (7 AM, 9-26-14): Placed an order for 4 donuts and a drink with a man at the drive-thru speaker. At the window a girl showed me 2 donuts and said "the guy forgot your order". I said one of the two donuts she had was incorrect and told her the 4 donuts I needed. She handed me a box and I paid her and told her one of the donuts in the box was still incorrect and she exchanged it. I asked her for a bag and she gave me 4 bags. Later I looked at the receipt and realized I was not charged for one of the donuts. How hard can this job be??

Went in today and the first the cashier Miranda almost crashed right into me as I was walking to order a donut. Did not apologize or say excuse me. Then she was rude when i ordered, she does not have good customer service skills at all. Get it together Miranda. If you dont like your job go somewhere else. Donut was good but not warm. .

I highly recommend going at 5 pm because they have freshly made donuts. You can also see the whole process through a big window. The store is nice and big, offering wide variety of donuts and drinks. They also sell Krispy Kreme souvenirs. A perfect place to stop and have a nice coffee on your way home.

Honestly, Im surprised this place is in business. It was like a scene from the movie Idiocracy. It took 10 minutes to purchase 3 pre-made donuts. They looked shocked that people were ordering donuts from them. It was like they were in awe of their own existence.

family visited 20 minutes prior to closing time and management closed the doors on them with other people still in line. on top of it all it was the pirate day and all 6 of their children had dressed up to join in on the fun. terrible experience.

Honestly best customer service! I loved coming in and seeing my favorite employee, Joshua. He is such a nice person, and always caring about the customers and kids! I havnt seen him for awhile, maybe he is on vacation. oh and hes super attractive

Asked the young lady if the Krispy creme can be heated/microwaved and she looked at me as if I was from Mars. I know it is difficult to find people who care about your business but this young lady didnt want to be at this Krispy Kreme at all.

Went by to drive thru,when im about to pay,my card was declined twice,and i told the person in the drive thru to cancel my order,but he insisted to take the box of donuts. Such a good hearted person and kind.God bless you RYAN.

when I went thru the drive thru I was given great customer service. They understood my order and even included a little something extra in my bag. The staff was pleasant and professional. Oh, and the donuts were great too.

Passing through 5:15 a.m. wanted coffee and a good warm Krispy Kreme donut but it was closed!! I thought donut shops opened early. Starbucks was already open at 430 a.m. Very disappointed!!!

We love this place however it is very addicting would like to go when the donut sign is turned on you get a fresh free hot glazed donut very tasty. Usually go maybe once a month or so.

8 employees and we were the only 2 people in the place. No exaggeration, 5 minutes to get 3 donuts and the correct change. Please put people on the register who know how to count.

A pain in the butt to get to, but still really, REALLY great donuts. If you could marry their donuts with Dunkin coffee, you would have the perfect donut shop.

THE DOUGHNUTS THERE ARE AMAZING dont go there on the anniversery though, 3 hours the wait, not so worth it, but the doughnuts are amazing Heaven doughnuts
