It seems that McKinleyville is largely bereft of many solid coffee options - this particular Starbucks was absolutely mobbed at 10 a.m. on a Friday morning. Both the drive thru counter staff and the regular indoor baristas were working like mad to take and fill orders, but they did it all with a smile and great attitude. We waited 10 minutes to place an order, but once we made our selections, our barista comped my wifes tea and thanked us for our patience. That was super awesome and made our morning. Small touches like that definitely earn my loyalty.

Its hit or miss, sometimes the drinks are right, sometimes wrong. Sometimes fast, but only drive through. ALWAYS slow as molasses if you go inside. Cadi is really great and always makes me smile.

This location is usually pretty quick - not instant, but theres not a whole lot to complain about here. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for a Starbucks location.

Animate Yourself

Helpful customer service. I was able to charge up and rest a bit here. I definitely used their sugar at the counter. Free wido. Just your usual Starbucks.
