I got my first tattoo at this shop and it was a great experience. The people were friendly as hell and supported me through the process and appreciated my choice of art. I felt welcome and was won over by the "not amateur" artists...well speaking for the nice young lady who tatted me. I have not gotten sick from the "poor hygiene"... They made sure that I saw the needles were brand new and the artist took her time prepping everything. Its a great shop. Its not the most top notch or elegant looking place, but there is talent. Further note, many will say poor hygiene...note that way after their experience, they got infected or sick...probably the outcome of poor care for their piercing or tattoo. Also, putting in the wrong piercing can be very dangerous. These people did not earn their licenses by risking these types of dangers...also, who said it was the wrong piercing? I think Id listen to a professional and not some friend who pierced them self with a store bought needle and most likely has not earned a license in that matter. Note: this is my experience, many will not feel the same. Pretty much, if you want a so called "real shop", then mosey on over to High Voltage for the mainstream "Hollywood Image." -Cheers

Had no problems with the shop or people. I had a lyric from a song I wanted on my forearm. The girl at the desk showed me a book, but didnt really like any of the lettering. Then she told me one of the artist could come up with custom writing. So I told her ok. Felix came over and looked at what I wanted. He told me to give him a few minutes. He did the first couple words for example and I liked the writing he came up with, so I told him ok. Took him a couple of hours to tattoo me, but this tat came out clean. His lines were good and it was straight as an arrow from elbow to wrist. Healed nice, no need to go back for a touch up. People who see my ink LOVE the lettering and ask where I got it done. Id recommend this shop and I didnt see anything "dirty".

The experience we received here was horrible. I got a white inked cross tattoo that scared and didnt turn out white. It turned out like a dirty grey scar. The lines as well arent straight. My friend also got the cross tattoo but she got it in black ink. Hers scared even more than mine did. right in the middle where the lines interests she has a crater type scar and the lines as well are uneven and it isnt even black its darker than mine but it is greyish as well. I would not recommend this place or at least the person we got which his name was John V. His license said he has been tattooing for 8 years but he did horrible.

I got my first tattoo there about 2 years ago. I wasnt sure about how it would turn out since it took 5 hours to complete. I also wasnt sure about the colors, if they would stay and just the quality of it all....I loved it and I still do. I had an awesome experience and very reasonable price as well. The female with colored hair did my tattoo and I loved it so much I have been searching for contact info since then and I am so glad I found it because I will be going back when I visit again. Does anyone know the females name by the way, I would love for her to do other tattoos.

My artist was Chris and he was very nice and professional. He was very patient with me because I asked for a lot of changes for my tattoo and he was really cool about everything. He told me step by step what he is going to do and ensured me that tools hes using were clean and safe. I felt very secure and I definitely would go back and get more tattoos. I am very satisfied with my tattoo and you should definitely see Chris if you want lots of fine lines and shading for your tattoo because hes awesome at it.

The people in the shop are friendly and welcoming, I went in to get a piercing done and it came out really nicely, he showed me all the stuff he was using was brand new(needle, clamp, gloves, jewelry) John told me what he was using, and he told about all the piercings they had done, and after it was all over him and I talked for 30 or 35 about how to clean it and take care of it and what to do if it gets infected and how to change the the jewelry. If I lived much closer I would get more piercings done there.

Awesome. We were very unsure what kind of tattoo we we would get, how big, what font and.. just everything. This wonderful girl with blue hair was sooo patient with us, trouble customers :) She made our friendship tattoos quickly and it looks amazing. We are so happy! My second friend got inspired to get one too, which was no problem even tho it was late. We three got our tattoos and the tattooer was strict about getting everything clean before each one of us would get our tattoo. Very satisfied.

The lady wrote the wrong word on my chest piece (it still looks super solid) however I wasnt happy about the miswording but she followed up with me and offered to fix it up when it heals in 2 weeks. The chest piece was very detailed and done in one sitting. Shes very considerate of her clients as far as pain tolerance, speed, infrequent stops, and many other things. I forgot her name but when I found out Ill let you know, shes dope.

went in to get a peace sign tat with rainbow colors in it, tat artist LOGAN left me scarred, colors faded, during the tat he went out for cig, the middle line of the tat is thinner than the rest! Its just bad all around, if i could post a pic i would... this was about 2 yrs ago... need a cover up now or someone who could make it come back to life. Dont come here! If you do, dont go with someone named LOGAN.. bastard...

This shop is owned by foreign interests that care about noting but making a quick buck. The owners dont care about the tattoo industry and self respecting tattoo collector would never get a tattoo here. The hygiene is disgusting and definitely not up to code. Getting a tattoo here is a sure fire way to get sick! The artist are amateurs that cant cut it in a real shop. Dont be fooled by the Hollywood image.

I was super happy with this shop...Fernando Alvarez was my artist and he did an amazing job. I healed super quickly and he was very helpful on the cleaning tips. I would pay top $$$ for his artrwork...he was really professional and gave me exactly what i wanted. I heard he moved to a tattoo shop up the street across from kodak theater!! I will def go again!
