They have good prices, good sales and what looks like good gear, however, I was never able to get to the checkout line because the gaggle (there was at one point 6) of employees socializing did not lend me assistance at one of the cases. I even had a brief conversation after 5-10 minutes with an employee that went like this: Me: Can I get some assistance? Him: Sure thing. Just give me a moment. Me: Thanks. 20 minutes later I dropped everything that was in my hands and just walked out, taking my business to a different store.

직원들이 매우 친절하다~^^ 출입구를 들어갈때 친절하게 인사해주는 경비원이 맘에 든다~^^ 다양한 스포츠용품들이 많이 준비되어 있지만~ 여기서 구매한 제품은 아직 없다~ 신발은 여기서 신어보고 아마존에서 구매를 했는데~ 아마존이 조금 저렴하게 살 수 있었던것 같다~

I dont go anywhere else in the city. whether I am getting my familys ski gear tuned up, getting winter clothing, a 5th replacement General because I keep losing them somehow, its a better deal, better selection and has actual SALES unlike anywhere else in Los Angeles, CA.if you are going camping, hiking, biking, surfing, skating, or just about anything outdoors this summer, you really can make this your one and only stop and find everything you need.

They literally sell everything related to outdoor sports including snowboard gear rental! Expect to see yoga outfit, skiing outfit, mountain climbing gear, soccer stuff, bike stuff, travel ruffle bags, energy bars.its like a one-stop shop for your outdoor adventure.Amazing service.

One of the new female (heavy-set) employees can be very rude. The manager that day (Initial F) lied about an item not being on sale when it was. They seem so busy socializing rather than helping out customers. Im done coming to this place.

worst big 5 ever. this is not from one time visit, after 5 times. no one helps, they leave you on wait on phone, they mess around with each other and they just dont wanna work period. if you want your day ruined. go ahead!!

I havent been to their store in person, but I recently ordered a TriggerPoint grid foam roller online. Not only was it a great price, but it came in less than 2 days! Im glad to support this local sports store.

The sales associates seemed to have a 360-degree blind spot to approaching customers unless you are within 3 feet of them AND verbally requesting their help. Once you ask, though, they are pretty helpful.
