I guess I should have read the Yelp Reviews Before! not After! trying to buy something from this clueless company! Cool bracelets but the thought that any money gets to the people in Costa Rica is hysterical! I got an email to take 30% off my 1st order today. So i bought a pack and when I put the promo code in it wouldnt take it so I started a "chat:" with Melissa "problem solver". She said the bracelet was on sale and wont take that code on sale items. It wasnt marked down on the website. It was $70.00. Instead of offering me the listed price she asked me if I was interested in anything else and while I was looking she ended the "chat"! I tried to start the chat back up but it wouldnt load. Pretty poor customer service. If an item is priced on their website wrong I should have gotten the price posted. Instead I got hung up on. This just in... I logged back in to start the chat back up and Melissa got argumentative and put me on hold and never came back! WOW!!! Im done with this!!! 2 college boys had good intentions but hired some piss poor customer service ding bats!! I think Ill look into just how much money has been sent to Costa Rica. If they cant fill orders and shipments how the heck are they getting money to poor Jorge and Joaquin? They need to get off the web and back to the beach.

No customer service, crazy online chat.....I received an email offering 30% off entire purchase. Ordered $49 but no discount. Emailed that day, Saturday. Called on Monday and opted to have them call back when it was my turn, assuring me I "will not lose my place in line." Two hours later, no call. I started an online chat and was told there was a code that needed to be put into the order. I looked at the email, no code. Was told to log into another browser, clear cache & cookies. Did all that but no code. I was told it was a technical problem on my end, although I tried on 2 computers and my phone. I asked if they were going to honor the email and the reply was "YES! We always honor our emails!!" I asked if they were taking 30% off my order and was told "NO not without a code." So cancel my order. We cant, so has shipped. Ummm, no, everything except 1 item is backordered. So finally order was canceled and 1 remaining item was supposedly shipped. Tracking number for that package, 3 days later, is no good. No refund on canceled order. I posted on their facebook page and it was deleted, along with a comment ahead of me that was asking why their order hadnt been received after 4 weeks. Guess I will dispute the charge and write them off as not worth the effort.

Bought some bracelets off of a recommendation from a friend who wears the bracelets. I figured I would have plenty of time to get a gift item shipped if I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. Today is day 5 and theyre not here yet. My tracking number comes up as invalid on all shipping service sites. Emailed the company to complain about the slow shipping and I was sent a DHL tracking link stating in transit with expected delivery as yesterday, yet nothing has shown up. Then I was told that it could take a few more days due to my distance from San Diego. I dont see how that would make a difference unless my order is strapped to the back of a carrier turtle. I get Amazon orders from a further distance in two days with no problem. Cant get anybody to tell me where my order is and they have refused to issue any refunds for not using the faster shipping that I paid for.

The customer service is terrible. My order didnt get processed until a whole week later. In order to get my order processed I had to chat with someone online. Because my order was processed so late I had to change my shipping address. Then, 3 weeks later after my shipment has FINALLY shipped I wanted to check the tracking, which didnt work. I then had to go to the website of the shipping company itself and manually find it. I noticed that my shipping address did not change. Because of that I wont be receiving my bracelets until a whole 2 months later. I needed these 2 weeks ago. I am never going through all this trouble for these over priced bracelets again.

I discovered these bracelets as far back as 2 years ago in a Ron Jon surf shop in Coco Beach Florida, and I fell in love! They were the best string bracelets I have ever own! I thought I would never find them again and then they created a website! My whole arm is almost filled up! You can wear them under any condition! They create some of these bracelets to give back to certain Charities, your pick! They also help provide jobs to the local Artisans in Costa Rica! So basically no matter which bracelet you choose you are helping someone or something!!!

Poor customer service. Ordered two items on December 3 and was told they would ship within 2days. On the 14th still no shipping confirmation, so I emailed a rep and shortly later received an email that one item had shipped. However after trying to track the item it states no shipment found. Tried calling and asking where product was and still no answers, although they did receive my funds as soon as order was placed. I dont blame company itself.. Just poor customer service, which will eventually hurt this companies dream to further excel. Sad.

ONLINE WEB SITE IS A SCAM! I made a substantial order ($300) Nov 28, 2016 during the black friday sale for a special event. I sent 4 emails to customer service (only 1 was answered and looked like a caned response) I called the business number, waited 20 minutes, was hung up on. Called back, and chose to have a representative call me back and I got a machine calling me back saying "no representatives available". NO ONE has been available on their "live" chat. Do not support this deceitful company.

These bracelets are my new obsession! I was never one to buy into things like this, but with the money going to a good cause and them looking super adorable! I couldnt resist! -- Not sure why everyone is talking about the customer service? Ive never had a problem! Yeah, the shipping takes a little longer so plan better people, thats not the companies fault! -- These are coming from CR DONT FORGET! Do your part and support a company that is supporting the world :) LOVE THIS AND WILL DEFF BUY MORE!

I was very dissatisfied with the item I received. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, I finally received an email, stating that all sales are final. I offered to exchange the item for two bracelets of a much lesser price and that the difference could be applied to the Pura Vida charity-- that was not acceptable. I would return the item without any reimbursement AT ALL, but refuse to pay postage on top of the exorbitant price of the bracelet I did receive.

Absolutely love love love this website! Everyone is so helpful and supportive when i have a question or a situation! Ive ordered bracelets off this website multiple times and never had a problem & sometimes my package comes earlier then expected all the way to Florida! I love the quality of these bracelets and one of mine broke because i pulled it to hard and Pura Vida sent me a new one with no cost, because of their lifetime warranty! Ill love this company!
