I have been a Saks customer for years and have shopped at stores on both coasts. I am very impressed by the large selection of quality merchandise at this store, as well as the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Lovely location. Beautiful store. I commend the store manager! Ill make a trip out to Palm Desert to shop there again..

Everyone working the mens section is always so helpful, but only once you start getting too many items to hold. They rarely approach and engage you first and usually you have to go find them to get assistance or make a purchase.
