Stuff being impolite, rude and slow. All the employees seem never remember to give my register reward! And they said my phone number was not connected to my reward card or the coupon system which I apparently did for a long time. Why on earth would you find such an accuse to not apply my coupon? Small store with messed up shelves. If its not so close to home I would never come here again!

FYI - This store is not open 24 hrs, unless their phone prompt is incorrect. I called to see if they had something in stock, assuming they were open from the Google user before me telling me they were and lo-and behold they are closed. If youre looking for a 24 hr store, The Walgreens off Irvine Blvd. & Newport Ave. is an option.

The pharmacy is poor..poor customer service...24hrs and they could not fullfill an order...and they ask a patient suffering to wait patiently till it arrives and they do not know when it would come.

I like the pharmacy at this Walgreens. But the customer service at checkout is terrible, unhelpful and unfriendly. Dont like to shop here because of them.
