I have been shopping at Walgreens for a long time, almost 8 years. The customer service, the cleanliness, the cheerful attitude of its employees always make me come back.You dont believe what I got from Walgreens,I feel so terrible on Saturday I went inside a Walgreens in Aliso Viejo ,ca ,I had an encounter with a manager that was very rude.Ana is her name , she was really rude to me and was angry that i bought orange tags before her ,Im so disappointment from walgreens ,My family loves to buy a lot of items from walgreens.

The way the manager and the staff treated us made me not to return not only to this store but also to any other walgreens.The staff were really rude and they were layers .The refused to help us find what we needed and also refused to give us a cash back upon our rewards points even though we purchased near 400 dollars in their store plus our previous purchases.We will switch to CVS because of really poor customer service in Walgreens at Alisio Creek.

The pharmacist turned down my prescription because she was "uncomfortable" giving me the quality the doctor had prescribed and it was evening so she couldnt call the doctor. I went to another walgreens and they filled it for me. I needed my meds for work the next morning. She wasnt very sympathetic otherwise shed have realized a patient without thier medication is far more uncomfortable than her.

Im 71 years old and have been going to Walgreens for a very long time, I never had encountered any rudeness from any pharmacist until my visit to this store. The short female asian pharmasict who probably just graduated pharmacy school, spoke down to me in a publicly embarrising manner. This is the last time walgreens will ever have my business. WHY WASTE ANY MORE TIME TYPING.

Rude, ignores customers at the counter or on the phone in favor of drive through. No WiFi. Ineffective manager is terse and rude to subordinates and customers. Debbie, and the other staff are kind and helpful. This manager Jeffs behavior has lost my Walgreens business in Aliso Viejo permanently.
