Great place to find local produce, organic products. Vegan and gluten-free products are easy to find here. If you live an alternative lifestyle, go to this store to find everything you need and then some. They have wine, specialty cheese and olive bar, deli with a salad and soup bar, bakery, juice bar, coffee bar, and smoothies! Great place to find high quality products and friendly service. They also have sustainable seafood and a full meat department too! They even have a beauty section with many great body and health products you cant find in normal drugstores.

Clean store and a staff who ACTUALLY ENJOY PEOPLE! New Leaf always has the BEST SELECTION of locally grown organic fruits, vegetables, and prepared foods. Knowing my SPRING MIX is coming from a farm 20 miles due north, makes me proud to support local farmers--and makes me confident that my community grocery store does too. Bright clean stores with visually appealing displays makes shopping fun again. Having freshly prepared deli items, along with "meal kits" when dinner is late or delayed is a great idea and lifesaver! I just star new habits and salads was something hard to star doing but here i love all the salad i star with the famous Kale salad and now i been triying diferent ones i love the way they always offer to taste any product in Deli department of course and that makes my decicion easier specially when i havent try it for me its the place i drive every other day just to get lunch and get new stuff LOVELY and HEALTHY

A good friend cooks lunches & dinners here. Upon a surprise visit while he was working, it was evident the neighborhood likes his cuisine. Whole roasted chicken was the special that day but was Sold Out before I arrived :( If you pass through, do yourself a favor and enjoy a lunch or whatever Managing Chef Noah Booger has prepared. Tell him, Woody says Hi and maybe win a prize ;)

Pretty cool market with a lot of local produce, flowers, etc. Very similar to Whole Foods to the point that I thought the store was owned by them! Labels, organization and Sushi selection were all almost identical in my opinion. Prices were similar as well. However the store had more local stuff and as a result id recommend it over Whole Foods. Recommended.

I like new leaf! People will say that it is an expensive market but there is not much left of "affordable" in the Bay Area. They have really good fresh produce including a large range of organic items. And what is also nice is the classes and their envirotoken program where they donate money to non profit for every reusable bags brought to the store.

I am so very fortunate to live 1 block away from New Leaf. The employees are fantastic and management extremely helpful! I love to cook and of course eat, so this is a gold mine for like minded people. Treasures in items to cook as well as serious attention to nutrition and health. Ive often had to force myself to leave!!

This is a wonderful grocery store. It feels like you are shopping in Mendecino not Half Moon Bay. They have so many different things it is wonderful just to go browsing. It us much different than your average grocery store. They have a wonderful baker that has so many high fiber bran muffins that are cooked daily.

Very expensive, but with some searching you can find some good deals. The quality of everything seems top-notch, and I should probably give it five stars, but some items are exactly the same as neighboring stores and perhaps 50% more in cost. So, fair-warning to those on a budget (like myself).

Amazing selection of local and organic produce (cheaper than Whole Foods). Staff members are friendly and helpful. The clean, spacious restroom and mini shopping carts are big pluses. Its always a pleasant experience going to New Leaf, this is my favorite supermarket in the area!

If you want to visit a "local" grocery, this is the store. I was surprised and impressed with the amount of good selections. Their organic blue berries are very fresh and affordable. However, the store made soup was very salty, and that is not healthy at all.

This Half Moon Bay location has a great selection of local produce and natural food. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they great many regular customers by their first name! Visit the deli before heading out on your next picnic, or time at the beach!

The 2 stars is mostly for the juice bar. If you want good strong coffee seriously go to peets. The brewed coffee here is basically black flavored water also its a bit more then peets which is dumb because its just black hot water not coffee!!

Nice variety of natural, organic and local foods at reasonable prices. We enjoy eating here while visiting Half Moon Bay, the hot food area has a large delicious variety that usually pleases the different tastes of the whole family.

New Leaf is incredibly clean, fresh produce, wide variety of natural products, great and friendly customer service. They have fresh soups, samples, and a wide variety of organic products. I cant recommend this place enough.

I love this place. So much cheaper than similar stores, the produce is always beautiful, and the hot bar had some of the best food. These guys could put whole foods out of business if there were more of them.

Expensive, but very clean and a good selection of local produce and cheeses. The bathroom is unisex and very large. Perfect for traveling families to use and grab some soup from their soup bar.
