I went there to buy just 2 hot dogs and a drink with Circle K Cash Card that was reloadable like a starbucks card. The employee said it was not a good card(?) and refused to process it. She yelled at me to give her my credit card. I asked her where else I could use this "Circle K cad" unless that store was not Cirlce K. I did not feel like I was treated fairly, so I tried to leave there and cancel the transaction. Instead, she insisted me to buy them because I already wasted their food and started threatening me when I said that I had to come back with my credit card if I had to buy them. She even said that she had to close the store and leave now. I figured that tactic was too weird or she still think she is in Russia? Anyway, I gave her 2 dollars and took 2 hot dogs. She treated me like I was wasting her time. I hid my anger and frustration until I got home. I really felt like I was in a different country. Later I called Circle K customer service to complain about this. The customer rep said that my card was fine and be used to any locations. She told me that that lady at Fullerton location did not know how to type and process manually. I think laziness would eventually kill that store and their business. I will never go back that Circle K again! Waste of time.
