Ive had the worst experience here trying to get my flat tire fixed. I dropped the car in the morning and being said that the job will be done in 2-3 hours. I kept calling the tire service department all through the afternoon and no one answered. Since its getting late in the afternoon and being known that the tire service dept closes around 5 pm, I had no choice but went back just to find that the car was just as I left it off in the morning. There was a huge crowd at the counter and only one guy running back & forth trying to serve all those customers. I tried to talk to few guys at the repair service but no one cared to answer when my car would be patched....soo frustrated at this point and decided to get it fixed some where else. It took around 30 mins again standing in the line before I could talk to the guy at the counter to get my car keys back. ** WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD**

This is not the first instance of Walmart screwing up. I went in to buy a puppet that Walmart said was in stock, it was NOT. I noticed a rack of men Shirts for $3, I found one that I liked and at the cash register I was informed it was $7 dollars. I told the clerk where I got it, After a long time the manager came back and said it was 7 dollars, I said I did not want It. Walmart can drive you crazy with there Incompetence. At Xmas time I ordered a musical swing for my new born Grandchild. It arrived at the store and a employee liked it so much she pulled it and bought it. I was left without a swing for my newborn grand daughters Christmas Present. I do not think I will ever shop at Walmart again.......

For me to give a walmart 3-stars is something. I strongly dislike Walmarts corporate practices and terrible history of employee treatment. There are way to many stories of Walmart management breaking employment laws, changing timecards, forcing employees to work without pay or lose their jobs. But this store in Fremont on Osgood has a little better atmosphere than some others. I still cant get help from anyone to save my life, but the place is clean and bright and just "feels" better than other walmarts Ive visited. To summarize: I dont recommend shopping at Walmart anywhere, but if you need to do so, shop at this one.

I always shop here, its clean and always have what I need. Today I had to return/exchange AAA rechargeable batteries for AA batteries that I purchased yesterday. I was informed that the Store Manger implemented a no receipt policy - No receipt no service, exchange or refund. I asked if it was posted where the public could view ? The associate referenced the Walmart Return/Exchange Policy and said it was the only one posted. The associate also said that the Store Manager was in contradiction with what is posted. I want to make sure that everyone keeps their receipts to avoid and issues with returns or exchanges.

Ive been to many different walmarts and some are very badly run but this one is great. They just added Meats and Produce and the store is cleanly and organized. As is the norm you cant beat Walmart prices. My wife and I did the majority of the kids Christmas shopping and even though the store was very busy it was easy to navigate and we were in and out in 2 hours with a cart overflowing with gifts. Check out was also very quick and easy with so many registers open. If you havent been in since they remodeled or if you are looking for a regular store to shop at I suggest you give them try.

Im a bigger fan of Target, but I lived a lot closer to this Wal-Mart so I went here a lot more. Overall, Ive been pretty pleased with this particular Wal-Mart branch. Its pretty clean, everything is well organized, and parking is never a problem. Also, they opened up self-checkout lanes a year ago, so now whenever I go I never have to wait in line, which is nice because I usually come to only get a few items. I would give this Wal-Mart 5 stars, but Ive had to wait a while for pick-ups and customer service when returning things a few times, but overall Im pretty satisfied with this Wal-Mart.

Great service from Virginia, Sherry and J.D. These folks are wonderful people who helped me out today. They went the extra mile, understood my situation and helped me out at the moneygram section of the store. Mamta is a walking nightmare. I think her full name is Mamta Patel. Mamtas communication skills are horrible and she does not know how to talk to people. If you happen to see her at the merchandize returns section then please run away from this lady and go to another Walmart employee who can help you. She is rude, headstrong, condescending, haughty, arrogant and unhelpful.

Store is well lighted, clean and well-stocked. And you get Walmart prices. But do *not* buy tires from this place. They have stopped honoring the tire mileage warranties. My tires wore out before 50K miles and they refused to refund any money even though I had original receipt. They said "Oh we dont carry the tire any more", but that does not invalidate the warranty. They were much better earlier when the tire wore out prematurely and they prorated the refund based on the mileage when I purchased new tires. Looks like Walmart does not want us to buy tires from them any more.

UPDATE 8/2/17: tried their order online, pick up in store since many times this location is out of stick on many items. NEVER AGAIN, I strongly urge you to AVOID this store and in particular the order online / pickuo in store. I waited over 30 minutes, in 2 separate lines to pick up one item. Then the cashier was rude on top of everything else. The store continues to be in need of maintenance and a good cleaning. Staff continue to be rude and unpleasant. Good prices, but customer service is always slow / poor quality. Often too crowded at peak times.

I normally dont keep any expectations for Walmart but still go there. Never expected to complain. But at this store the auto section ( tire and lube) is super lousy. They are inexperienced and hence getting overwhelmed. Nothing is organized in accepting cars , doing quality work and returning cars. Always always backlogged line with blames on computer system feels more of harassment then customer service... Milpitas Walmart had been really well organized and useful.. Walmart should close tire and lube at this location.

Walmart customer service in every store is the same. I went for online pick up no one was in there we call another associate to help us. Pressed the help button no one show up for 20 minutes then just an associate pass by said Im even not working in this department, but will help you guys and he did. Another day I was 20 minutes late for pick up they said pick up is closed I told him you are on clock and pick up associate so why not just give me my order said come tomorrow.

Walmart always has a fair price but most of the employee are very lazy and not organize. Most of the cashier work very slow and they dont know how to use high tech( like using Samsung pay or android pay) . Can not pay with mobile pay. Sometime you can cut the line to pay the cashier. Customer service and return area you always need to at lease 20 minutes even a few people in line. Auto department even you wait 5 or 10 minutes nobody come and ask to you for service.
